Like champagne and caviar, supercars and superyachts go hand in hand. So what better accompaniment to your dream yacht than a bespoke Bentley or ferocious Lamborghini?

BENTLEY

As part of their celebration as Major Sponsor for the last 10 years, Bentley Brisbane & Bentley Gold Coast teamed up with Bentley Mulliner to design and display a collection of ‘one off’ models for The Show.

This bespoke collection took inspiration from the Gold Coast coastal lifestyle, and offshore seas, along with the sharp white exteriors and elegant timbers of a luxurious yacht. The inspirational elements are reflected through the Mulliner Specification Ghost White Pearl exterior paint, the bespoke colour hide of Imperial Blue, Camel & Linen to match and the unique teak wood-inspired dual veneers of Piano Camel & Piano Linen.

LAMBORGHINI

Headlining Lamborghini Brisbane’s display at SCIBS this year is the Huracán STO, a road-homologated super sports car inspired by the racing heritage of Lamborghini Squadra Corse’s one-make race series with Huracán Super Trofeo EVO, as well as its three-time 24 Hours of Daytona-winning and two-time 12 Hours of Sebring winning Huracán GT3 EVO.

With its V10 naturally aspirated 640hp (470kW) power plant producing 565Nm at 6500rpm, the rear-wheel-drive Huracán STO delivers exhilarating acceleration of 0–100km/h in 3 seconds, 0–200km/h in 9 seconds and a top speed of 310km/h.

MASERATI

Re-entering the supercar category is Maserati with their all-new MC20, an all Italian designed and built flagship that features a best in class power to weight ratio.

Proudly displayed by Maserati Brisbane & Gold Coast, the MC20 is the first car equipped with the Nettuno engine: a groundbreaking patented 630hp V6 engine with the new MTC (Maserati Twin Combustion) technology. Nettuno was conceived, developed, designed and built entirely by Maserati, and uses a pre-chamber combustion technology derived from Formula 1 engines.

Alongside the innovative supercar will be the Levante sports SUV & Ghibli sports sedan.

ASTON MARTIN

If Bond had a family, he would drive the DBX. Aston Martin’s first SUV, the DBX delivers on the broadest design brief in the over 100-yearold marque’s history.

From sportscar dynamics to offroad versatility, the DBX blends traditional Aston Martin DNA of luxury and exclusivity into an SUV equally as comfortable around town, on the freeway and off the beaten track.

Riding on adaptive air suspension technology, body roll is controlled to enrich driver confidence and feel while also enhancing ride comfort, and power comes from a turbocharged 4L V8.

MCLAREN

Radical innovation defines the design of the 720S, proudly displayed by the team at McLaren Gold Coast. The lean, sculpted body shape creates an instantly recognisable silhouette. Lightweight aluminium and composite bodywork wrap tautly around the contours of the carbon fibre Monocage II structure for a form with dramatic intent and striking beauty in equal measure.

Lighter, faster, and even more dynamically capable than its McLaren predecessors, the 720S continues to set the benchmark for supercar excellence. With unparalleled levels of interior space and sophistication, it has a breadth and depth of abilities that involve and satisfy a driver in a way that no competitor can.

FERRARI

Ferrari Gold Coast will feature the Italian marque’s V8 powered 2+ coupe, the Ferrari Roma. Taking cues from the 250 GT Berlinetta Lusso and 250 GT 2+2, the Roma is a contemporary and distinctive representation of the flair and style that characterised Rome in the 1950s and ‘60s. Powered by a turbocharged V8, it is sure to impress those seeking exhilarating driving experiences as well as those drawn to the design.
