Asset Investment Management Management We manage assets for ourselves and for other investment managers. Our deep knowledge of operational management, project management, human resouwwrces and occupational health and safety provide demonstrable benefits to asset owners and investors.
We are expert investment managers, with extensive experience and a track record of delivering superior returns to investors and shareholders across a range of agricultural and commercial property enterprises.
Strategic Advisory Our knowledge and experience is available to our clients though strategic consulting programs. These include, supply chain management, capital advisory, debt planning and general management.
AAMIG contributes specific expertise in operating large-scale agribusiness operations for investors and clients. Active management is the key, with a relentless focus on operational efficiencies and enhancement of returns. Strategic asset acquisition, operation and divestment requires high levels of expertise and experience to:

As founder and strategic driving force behind AAM Investment Group, Garry leads a team of industry experts in their respective fields. Very much a “hands-on” CEO, Gary maintains a detailed understanding of all the operations and investment activities of AAM Investment Group. For his entire career, Gary has been challenging the excepted norms of the agribusiness industry and innovating to improve outcomes for all stakeholders. Garry’s natural aptitude for strategic innovation positively impacts all aspects of AAM Investment Group business.

Tim is primarily responsible for the Investment Management pillar of AAM Investment Group. In this capacity, Tim leads a dedicated team of investment management professionals, focussed on ensuring strong, risk-managed returns for our client investors. With particular expertise and experience in livestock supply chains, Tim is uniquely qualified to assess the benefits and risks associated with agribusiness investments, and to identify and extract value opportunities.

Managed investments has been a career-long focus for Steven, who has structured managed investments for commercial property, securities, agribusiness and developments. A relentless focus on stakeholder value is a hallmark of Steven’s management approach. At AAM Investment Group, Steven leads a diverse corporate services division, focused on supporting high performance across the group. Steven’s areas of responsibility include investment structuring, compliance and corporate governance, human resource management, IT strategy, communications, marketing, legal services and publications.
Andrew is responsible for the construction and capital works across the broad AAM Investment Group portfolio of assets. He leads of team of professional project staff, together with select outsourced design assets. Together, this team provides turn-key solutions to the development and expansion needs of the entire portfolio. Long experience in operating and managing livestock supply chain facilities places Andrew at the vanguard of design for new, innovative agribusiness facilities. Innovative solutions to traditional challenges ensures that our modern facilities provide outstanding outcomes, not only in terms of economics, but also in animal welfare, safety and environment.
