HIGH EFFICIENCY AND LUMEN MAINTENANCE The lighting luminaire ENARLUX速, are made with LED diodes CREE速 brand, certified procedures IES LM -80 and IES TM- 21, to project the behavior of long-term lumen maintenance.

PHOTOBIOLOGICAL SAFETY Street lighting luminaires for the European market ENARLUX速, which are manufactured with diodes with warm color temperature, 3000-4000K, which significantly reduces the emission of radiation belonging to the spectrum of blue (400-500 nm), reducing the risk of injury in the retina (Rules UNE-EN 62471-2009).

There are two different types of the system: Auto recovery: Turn off the luminaire and then turn it on again after it has cooled down. Decrease current: Reduce the intensity to 50 % until the temperature returns to normal and increase again to reach the optimal level of illumination. There are several types of OTP: OTP driver (Thermistor) OTP module LED (NTC Thermistor) OTP driver + LED module (Thermal Foldback Control).

REGULATION AND CONTROL SYSTEMS

SELF-REGULATION SCHEDULED The scheduled time regulation allows the drivers to function automatically adjusting the luminous flux depending on the hours of the day previously scheduled with up to 6 levels or different scenarios. In this way we can reduce the energy consumption and increase the useful life of the leds.

CONSTANT LIGHT OUTPUT (CLO) Also called Lumen Output Compensation (OLC) to maintain a constant flow over the life of the luminaire. CLO function removes excess light and compensates independently depreciation light levels over time.

EASILY CONFIGURABLE ELECTRONICS The luminaires ENARLUX速 are pre-configured from the factory, but it is possible to adapt them to the desired configuration through a simple device and free software.

LUMINANCE POLLUTION REDUCTION Most of the efficiency and savings of the luminaires LED are due to the possibility of orienting the light where it is really necessary, without wasting lighting. The lighting luminaire ENARLUX速 have a ratio of light emission to the upper hemisphere <1% (Upper Light Output Ratio, ULOR %), allowing a total reduction of light pollution and improving the quality of the night sky (EU act. 357/2010).

SPEEDREPLACEMENTS IN CASE OF FAILURES The luminaires are not require maintenance except for possible faults. Its design allows fast replacement changing the optical unit or the driver. Distributors and final customers only have to store a small amount of these devices as spare parts.

GUARANTEE UP TO 15 YEARS Due to use of LEDs CREE high quality, the highest degree of protection for the optical compartment (IP68 and IK10), good thermal management and intelligent electronic management, we can ensure ENARLUX modular lighting luminaires for 5 years operating 24 hours a day for 365 days a year.

Including extra protection systems, selfregulation scheduled system, monitoring and remote management system point to point, we can significantly reduce the intensity and time of operation of the luminaires, extending its warranty, according to cases up to 15 years.

MONITORING AND REMOTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM INDEPENDENT SOLUTION Enarlux incorporates a system of regulation of Autonomous Network. A powerful tool for remote control, measurement and monitoring of energy parameters to visualize data and information of the general state of the system, making easier the analysis and the decision making by the Energy Manager. It is also a necessary element for the implementation and validation of an energy management system according to ISO 50.001 and provides essential information for the calculation of the carbon print.

Mounting Instruction

Step1. Loosen the 2 screws at the rear cover, then remove the rear cover. Step2. Loosen the 4 screws on the 2 arched clamps, insert and fix the cross arm under the 2 arched clamps, and then tighten the 4 screws. Step 3. Connect the wires to the AC wires. (The earth wire should be reliable and linked to the ground). Step4.Fix the rear cover back to the lampand tighten the 2 screws on it.

1. Adjusting the lamp direction before locking screws. 2. Pole screws must be locked, to prevent loss or rotation. 3. The bare wires should be insulated to prevent short circuits. 4. Green line must be grounded to prevent leakage accidents.

Mounting Instruction Screwposition

Step1. Hold up the R type frame (U type frame）into installation position. Step2. Mark two screw position with a pen or other tools in the wall. Step3. Drill hole. Step4. Install the R type frame( U type frame, fasten the screws. Step5. Connect the three wires of lamp input and the power wires. Step6. Adjust screw on the fixing pieces, make the lamp with a suitable irradiation angle.

Mounting Kit

Step1. Remove the mounting plate from back of fixture housing Step2. Using the mounting plate as a template, mark and drill holes in the mounting surface for anchor bolts (by others).Set anchor bolts and fasten mounting plate securely, noting orientation arrow on plate. Set anchor bolts so that they do not protrude past the inner gasket more than 3/8" or they might interfere with fixture housing. Step3. Hanging lamp on the mounting plate and tighten the screws under. Step4. Mount over a junction box or feed with conduit on each side, top or bottom. Using lag bolts to secure fixture to the mounting surface is recommended. To ensure weatherproof seal, use the supplied mounting gasket and seal all mounting plugs, conduit entrances and along all sides of the fixture with weatherproof silicone sealan. Step5. Open the door and connect leads to supply leads

Mounting Instruction

Step1. Fix the Battery connector from the mounting sleeve with the controller connector from the lamp body. Step2. Fix the mounting connector and the lamp body, then thighten screws. Step3. Tighten the screws on the other side. Step4. Fix the whole lamp and the light pole. Step5. Adjust the suitable slope angle, then screw, make sure the light pole keep vertical to the road surface.
