THE ATLANTA BALLET STRIKE YOUR FANCY May 13 8:00 p.m. May 14 2:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m. May 15 2:00 p.m.
Following its triumphant premiere in Atlanta Ballet’s reimagined 2020|2021 season of Silver Linings, Claudia Schreier’s Pleiades Dances makes its way to the theatre stage for the May program. Adding a classical element to the evening is Paquita – a famed nineteenth century classic revered for its demanding and intricate choreography. Finally, an all-new work by Atlanta Ballet Company dancer Sergio Masero, whose piece Teneo Integrum mesmerized audiences last season, will balance out this season finale production.

7TH ANNUAL BLACK MUSIC HONORS May 19 7:00 p.m.
AT&T’s Presentation of the 7th Annual Black Music honors is back LIVE in Atlanta with hosts, actress LeToya Luckett and comedian DeRay Davis! In celebration of legendary artists who have contributed to the playlist of the African American soundtrack. With honors to: The Whispers, Karyn White, Tevin Campbell, Dru Hill, Mary Mary, and Keri Hilson. Featuring a performance by Kid ‘N Play to commemorate their 40 plus years in the industry. Additional tribute performances by: Amber Riley, Kierra Sheard Kelly, Sheléa Eric Bellinger, Keedron Bryant, Avery Wilson and many more! The live television taping takes place on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta, GA. The Black Music Honors will air in broadcast syndication June 4 – July 3, 2022 and on Bounce TV on Saturday, June 25 in recognition of Black Music Month. Blippi The Musical brings the energetic and loveable character Blippi off the screen and onto the stage with a world-class production, audience engagement and amazing music. Children from the ages of 2 to 7 years old across the world have quickly taken a liking to Blippi’s charismatic personality and innovative teaching lessons! In the Live show they will continue to learn about the world around them while singing and dancing along.

SIGUR RÓS May 27 8:00 p.m.
Sigur Rós has announced the first dates of an extensive world tour, their first in nearly five years, taking in Mexico, Canada and the United States this Spring and Summer. The band is in the process of writing and recording their first new studio album since 2013’s Kveikur and will air new songs at the shows, alongside material drawn from their acclaimed 25 year discography.

Brit Floyd, “The World’s Greatest Pink Floyd Show” returns to the stage in 2022 to perform its brand new production, Echoes. Including highlights from The Wall, The Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, Animals and The Division Bell, and featuring a show stopping 23 minute ‘note-for-note’ performance of the iconic era defining song Echoes, written 50 years ago, and from Pink Floyd’s breakthrough 1971 album Meddle.

KURTIS CONNER June 24 7:00 p.m.
Kurtis Conner is embarking on his most ambitious solo comedy tour yet. A sell-out performer, podcaster, and global YouTube sensation, Conner is bringing his freshest, funniest material yet to the stage. After studying comedy writing and performance in Toronto, Conner quickly found an audience on Vine, later migrating to YouTube and growing that audience to over 3.7 million subscribers worldwide. His 2016 stand-up record Cuppla Jokes reached number 6 on the Billboard comedy chart and number 1 on iTunes, while his videos regularly hit the top ten trending page on YouTube.

Emergency information: In the event of an emergency, please locate the nearest usher who will direct you to the appropriate exit. Elevators: Elevators are located on each side of the lobbies on all levels. Lost and found: Items are turned into the Synovus Box Office on the day of a performance. To inquire about a lost item, please call Public Safety at 770.916.2911. Parking: PREPAID PARKING AVAILABLE. Cobb Energy Centre offers prepaid parking for performances. On each performance page on the Cobb Energy Centre website there is now a button to purchase parking in advance for $17.85 Day of parking is still available for $15 (credit or debit card only). There are 1,000 on-site parking spaces; 700 in a four-level deck and 300 more in a surface lot. $15 day of park fee; $17.85 prepay option.
Patron Health: Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre is keeping up to date with local and state health guidelines. We are taking steps and implementing new policies and procedures in order to make your return to live events as safe and enjoyable as possible. Central to our commitment to patron health and safety is a staff member who is certified in infection mitigation to oversee our program and ensure adherence to these protocols. Visit our website for show specific guidelines. Restrooms: Located on house right and house left of all three lobbies. Family restrooms are located on house right of all three lobbies. Mobility-impaired patrons may use any of our restrooms. Smoking: Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are prohibited inside the building. Special assistance: Persons requiring access assistance are asked to contact the Ticketmaster at 800-982-2787 for advance arrangements. Audio clarification devices are available to our hearingimpaired guests at no charge. This is on a first-come, first-served basis. These are available at the Synovus Box Office. Wheelchairs are available upon request. All items require a form of identification to be held until the item is returned.

•T his policy applies to The Atlanta Opera and Atlanta Ballet only: We know that patrons make every effort to be on time for events out of respect for the performers and other theatregoers. However, there are times when traffic or weather problems cause late arrivals. Latecomers may watch the beginning of a show on flat-screen TVs in our lobby until the theatre has reopened to allow guests into the auditorium. In addition, touring companies set the policy for allowing those who arrive past curtain time into the theatre. We ask late patrons to wait until the approved time and we reopen the theatre doors. Please plan ahead to arrive early and relax before the performance begins.
