TECHNICAL RIDER MOBILE HOMME SPECTACULAR PERFORMANCE FOR EXTERIOR EVENTS (Adaptable indoor with conditions) DIURNAL OR NOCTURNAL SHOW Duration : 45 minutes
TEAM : Artistic Team : 7 musicians/comedians, 1 trapezist Technical Team : 1 technical director, 1 manager Ground operators (to be provided by the organizer) : 4 followspots operators, 1 sound manager, 4 crews to assist the take off and landing of the structure. The presence of those people is necessary throughout the rehearsals and at the time of the show. LIFTING : Dimensions of the mobile : Width : 12 meters - Height : 13 meters The structure raising the musicians is made from steel, type Calder’s mobiles. Total weight : 1000 kg. The lifting of the structure and musicians will be done using a telescopic crane of 70 tons minimum (to be provided by the organiser) : - height of arm : 40 meters - range : from 25 to 35 meters - flying jib : 10 meters inclined between 15 and 40° (compulsory). - reference weight raised by the crane : 2,5 tons. A technician of the company will be in constant relationship with the craneman. Anticipate a walkie-talkie on differentiated channel. SPACE AND LOCATION : The area of performance must be big enough to welcome the audience, considering that a space for the crane (13 x 10 meters) and for the mobile (12 x 10 meters) is necessary (surrounded by barriers). The fact that old or contemporary buildings can enable beautiful shadows effects on the frontages has to be thought.
SOUND : A sound system for the musicians is necessary (except for urban spaces confined enough with buildings returning the sounds) -
7 HF chest mike type Shure or Sennheiser will be assigned to the musicians, System of diffusion adapted to the site including 2 PA point (minimum). Each point is 2,5 meters in height (positioned on practicables). A sound technician will be there from set up. He will also be in charge of the sound during the show.
LIGHT (for nocturnal version) : - 4 followspots 2 500 HMI with 4 followspots operators, placed on 1m high stages (4m² minimum surface). For the followspots, anticipate blue, amber and yellow gelatines. - 1 flood light on the take off space - Intercom system between the followspots operators
SET UP AND REHEARSALS A duration of 3 hours (minimum) is necessary for the adjustments and balance of the Mobile, the sound balance and the general rehearsal with all the participants of the show. The various adjustments must be finished at least 2 hours before the show, the actors being in the dressing rooms 1 hour before the show. DRESSING ROOMS Anticipate a warm dressing room for 10 people, near by the site of representation, which can be locked by key with toilets, water point, tables, chairs, mirrors, goblets (used for the make up), snacks and drinks. Comfortable floor which enables the trapezist and comedians to stretch.

If the area of performance is not available before the spectacle (artistic venues, market or other), the set up and rehearsal will have to be made the day before the show.
TO BE ANTICIPATED BY THE ORGANIZER: The organiser will provide 4 crew to help for take off and landing. The same crew will be provided for rehearsal and show. No traffic on site during the rehearsals and spectacle, neither on the way of the drummers deambulation (first part of the show) if necessary. Urban lighting must be neutralised during the aerial part on site of the show (it is maintained during the parade of the drummers). Security guard is required during non attendance on site. Guarded parking for a minibus on site and at the hotel. The take off and landing area is to be reserved and protected by barriers for the day. Bottles of water on site.
LOGISTICAL ASPECTS Ground transport on site between train station/airport, hotel and site for the team if necessary. 5 double rooms in a hotel near by the site. Meals for 10 persons (catering, restaurant or per diem).
