US Admin Endo Endomondo is looking for an energetic and service-minded individual, to handle a number of different administrative tasks. The position is based in our San Francisco office, and you will refer to the CFO based in Copenhagen, but also work closely with the CEO based in San Francisco. Duties and responsibilities:  Assisting with different forms of written communication  Assisting with making travel arrangements, etc.  Managing day-to-day office practicalities, such as e.g. catering, office furniture and office supplies, ordering IT equipment etc.  Managing sublease(s) or part of the office space  Assisting the HR manager with various HR related tasks for our US employees (e.g. regulatory filings, health insurance plans etc.)  Assisting with planning and executing company events  Bookkeeping for our US entity, in close collaboration with the CFO Essential abilities and attributes:  Ability to handle and follow through on several both big and small tasks in parallel  Experienced user of MS Office  Excellent English writing skills  Experience with basic book keeping will be an advantage, but not a requirement Personal skills  Positive attitude  Flexible mindset, and energized by the fact that two days will rarely present the same tasks and challenges  Good communication skills.  Interest in sports  Excellent work ethics.
