The 5th edition of the Environment Workshop promoted by Piedmont Region, Province of Turin, Confindustria Piedmont and EDF Fenice marks a further important step in the analysis and support of environmental sustainability as a development opportunity.

A 'European' program with focused contents on institutional, technical and scientific matters, with an interdisciplinary approach based on real cases.

Starting from this edition the Workshop also includes 3 roundtables in each session during which institutions, technical and legal experts from the scientific arena, associations and business, will discuss the themes of the different sessions, bringing different forth the multiple experiences acquired in Europe, especially in Italy and France. Sustainability is a prerequisite of major strategic choices for each country, and all involved parties can work successfully in finding homogeneity and clarity over regulatory and applicative issues related to development. Co-organizers and the Energy Efficiency Campus strongly believe in this approach and with this objective they invite you to the 5th Environment Workshop.

In 2014 the theme is "Development and environmental sustainability: technical and regulatory perspectives in the comparison Italy - Europe." A full day of study with an international scope, organized by the Energy Efficiency Campus, dedicated to the scenarios created by the new environmental regulations in the European Union, in particular as a result of the transposition of IED - Industrial Emissions Directive.
