As Vice President of Eneractive Solutions’ Energy Technologies Division, Mr. Brzezowski brings over 35 years of experience in the energy industry to the team. He has served as President and Founder of Noveda Technologies and Director of Engineering for The Ferreira Group in Branchburg, NJ where he engineered the first Net Zero Electric Commercial Building in the United States. His expertise is in Mechanical Engineering, Commissioning, Computer Technologies, and Building Management Systems. As an inventor, he holds a US Patent 4,864,972 for Boiler Optimization and Patent 8,103,465 for a Building Diagnostic and Commissioning Application, with other energy related patents pending. He is a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology and holds professional engineering licenses in New York and New Jersey.
With over 27 years of comprehensive energy engineering experience in the residential sector, Thelma has managed full program design, management and implementation for weatherization and energy programs funded by DOE, HUD, HCR, HPD, and NYSERDA. She has performed more than 1500 energy audits, mostly instrumented energy model assessments. Thelma has supervised extensive energy implementation projects dealing with building systems consisting of HVAC, distribution and piping, lighting, building envelope, IAQ, and building controls. Thelma has also provided services for the green building technical assistance; capital needs assessments; construction management; bid management; owner contract negotiations; and energy educational programs for multifamily buildings as well as non-for-profit institutions and organizations.
Mr. DiGuilio recently joined the Eneractive Team as Regional Vice President in our Northeast Office, focusing on the model of energy studies moving to implementation. With over 25 years of experience, Al’s expertise and proven success in project development of alternative energy solutions, operations and facilities management, and combined heat and power, will not only support, but further advance our energy engineering initiatives and projects.

Last year’s One More Tri was the culminating race for Special Olympics New Jersey’s triathletes, many of whom first started training in the sport in 2013 in preparation for the 2014 Special Olympics USA Games, held in New Jersey last summer. Not only is One More Tri a race that nearly 400 participants look forward to every year, it’s also unique in that it features Special Olympics athletes competing alongside everyone else.
