Clear It Up

It has become more and more apparent to many that cleaning and clearing our home does not only consist of physically cleaning it. Clearing the energy of our space is just as, if not more important than physically organizing and cleaning it.

Keeping our space’s energy cleared does not have to be a long, tedious chore though. When doing a deep clear, people often use sage. However, the following suggestions work really well for general upkeep. Burn incense - Be sure to choose high quality incense that you enjoy. There are many great local suppliers as well as larger companies that also have incense specific to clearing your home. (Although any high quality incense will do). Open your windows - Even when it’s colder outside, opening your windows for even just five to ten minutes is beneficial, allowing the flow of the fresh air in to cleanse the air and energy inside.

Have plants Make a room spray or diffuse

essential oils - cleansing oils such as lemon, peppermint, eucalyptus, lavender and sandalwood are great options to use to make a room spray or to diffuse in a diffuser. Crystals - These are always a great option to have for cleansing and elevating the energy in your space. Keep in mind they require regular clearing. This can be done by regularly burning incense near them in addition to gently moving your crystal over incense (or fire) smoke. By claiming your place in the Universe, you will activate your receptive mode, allowing the Universe to flow energies your way.

This is a month full of “birthing” energies, which will allow you to birth new relationships, experiences and opportunities. The Guides encourage you to take full advantage of these energies.
