BEFORE THE COURSE

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. You can register online or by phone.

Remember to bring government issued photo identification to your course as it is required for admission. Some courses may also require safety equipment, calculators or other materials. Please review the notes and equipment listing for each course to ensure you have everything you need.

Online: You can register online at enform.ca. If you havenâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t done so already, please set up an account by clicking on the login button on the homepage. This will provide the instructions for setting up your account. Once your username and password are set up, you can add courses to your cart and pay with your credit card. Confirmation of your registration will be emailed to you. By Phone: You can also register by calling 1.800.667.5557. One of our customer service representatives will be happy to help. A credit card will be taken over the phone to reserve your spot.

5 CANCELLATION Cancellations received by phone or in writing a minimum of five business days before the course start date will be fully refunded. Cancellations received less than five days before the class start date are eligible for a 50 per cent refund. Where no written notice is received before the class start date no refund will be granted. Additionally, the full cancellation policy can be found at enform.ca.

CERTIFICATES Certificates are issued upon course completion. Only one certificate per course is valid. Your wallet certificate will be mailed to the address supplied at the time of registration or on the student data sheet submitted. It can take a few weeks to receive a ticket due to processing and mailing time, however copies of Records of Training can be obtained sooner, if needed. Please note that some courses provide 90 day temporary certificates. If you have not received your permanent certificate prior to the end of the 90 days contact Enrolment Services at customerservice@enform.ca or toll free at 1.800.667.5557.

REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATES AND RECORD OF TRAINING Replacement certificates can be ordered online by logging into your Enform account at enform.ca or by calling customer service at 1.800.667.5557. A Record of Training is also available online. The Record of Training can be provided to an employer as proof of certification.

Learn how to become an assessor and gain an understanding of the guidelines for completing a competency assessment for a Floorhand, Derrickhand or Driller.

This program consists of a five-day training course, followed by a practicum that includes a full health and safety audit. The Enform Audit Instrument is reviewed in detail throughout the program. DESIGNED FOR Enform Certified Health and Safety Auditors wishing to maintain their auditor certification or learn about updates to the audit process are required to successfully complete this program prior to the expiry of their certification. PREREQUISITES »» A current Enform Certified Health and Safety Auditor Certificate »» Note: If your certificate has expired, the standard allows up to six months from the expiry to complete the renewal program. The standard does not allow any new audit registrations until recertification is complete. »» Maintenance of your auditor certification by having performed two audits or maintenance audit options in the previous three year certification cycle »» Note: If this requirement has not been met, the auditor will be required to conduct and submit a regular Certificate of Recognition (COR) audit within six months of the renewal program before recertification can be granted. C CHAINSAW FALLER COMPETENCY PROGRAM The oil and gas industry adopted the B.C. Faller Training Standard as the standard level of training for workers falling trees over six inches in diameter. Endorsed by WorkSafeBC, this training program progresses in a graduated manner with on-the-job work experience required between each level. The majority of the time (75%) is spent in the field practicing skills. DESIGNED FOR Individuals who would like to become fallers in the oil and gas industry. TOPICS INCLUDE • • • •

COMPLETION Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a Chainsaw Competency Record Logbook and a wallet certificate that is valid for three years. After successful completion of this course, participants are qualified to find work as a bucker (maximum six inches in diameter at breast height (DBH) trees. CHAINSAW FALLER COMPETENCY PROGRAM LEVEL 3 – FALLER EVALUATION Duration: 1 Day Cost: $850 Expiry: 5 Years This evaluation consists of a written exam and a practical ten tree evaluation, completed by one of Enform’s Qualified Supervisor Trainers (QST). DESIGNED FOR Participants of the Chainsaw Faller Competency Program, who have successfully completed their Level 2-Faller Entry course. PREREQUISITES »» A valid Level 2 – Faller Entry participant who has acquired 25 days of work experience under a Certified Oil and Gas Faller Tutor or a QST »» A Chainsaw Competency Record Logbook that has been signed with all competencies stamped off by a Certified Oil and Gas Faller Tutor or a QST

CHAINSAW FALLER COMPETENCY PROGRAM – LEVEL 4 – FALLER TUTOR Duration: 5 Days Cost: $120 Expiry: See Completion for details Learn the roles and responsibilities of the Enform Faller Tutors and gain an understanding of the required leadership, mentoring, communication and coaching skills. Students will receive a selfstudy book with the information they need. They will be required to attend and assist with the running of the Level 2 – Faller Entry course. Students will have to arrive one day prior to the start of the Level 2 – Faller Entry course to assist the QST with the preparation of the cutting site. DESIGNED FOR Individuals who want to tutor Level 2 – Faller Entry candidates in preparing for their Level 3 – Faller Evaluation. PREREQUISITES »» Candidates must receive 85% or higher on both the written and practical portions of the Level 3 – Faller Evaluation or Faller Challenge DELIVERY Classroom and Field COMPLETION

COILED TUBING WELL SERVICING BLOWOUT PREVENTION Duration: 1 Day Cost: $250 Expiry: See Completion Learn how to use coil tubing equipment in well control operations.

As part of the Qualified Supervisor Trainer Program, this course will help you gain the skills to evaluate and certify fallers. Through classroom and practical sessions, you will learn about instructional techniques, interpersonal skills and evaluation processes.

If participants fail the exam following the program, they are allowed one rewrite within a 30-day period. Rewrite fees apply.
