The majestic and iconic Rathbone building is being brought back to life as Evansville's first "Smart Apartments" and Event Space. Built-in 1905, The Rathbone meets Old World Charm with all of your favorite modern amenities.

The Rathbone is the Tri-State's new go-to space that meets all event planning needs. The unique layout allows for a fully customizable events that is entirely outside of the traditional box. From the Library, perfect for an elegant showers, to the impeccable

Nestled on 1320 SE Second Street, The Rathbone is walking distance from Haynies Corner, Downtown Evansville, and the River Front. With eleven on-site, fully furnished, AirBnB's, The Rathbone allows out of town guests, a place to stay, play and fully experience all of the event festivities.

Future plans for The Rathbone include a complete renovation of the attic, providing another space for gathering.
