Siciliano Subs on Franklin Street pivoted when their sandwich business took a nose dive during the pandemic. Owners David and Danielle Hodge thought of more options their customers would need, especially when it came to small social distanced gatherings. Over a glass of wine, the couple thought charcuterie would be an interesting way to utilize their love of Boars Head meats and cheeses along with fresh produce and seasonal offerings. They quickly launched Siciliano Subs into a full catering

company specializing in subs, salads, AND charcuterie for spec. The response was overwhelming. The couple has now married their love for subs with their passion for catering small, intimate events. Owner David Hodge loves the ability to create art with food. They create charcuterie and use several interesting vessels to house their products. From numbers, letters, mini cones, boxes, even grazing tables, Siciliano Subs has a solution for every occasion.
