In the Fall of 1986, after recently moving to Newport Beach from Park City, Utah, Coleen Brennan made a career change that would alter her life in ways she never imagined. After more than a decade of financial success running her own manufacturer’s rep firm in the snow sports industry--earning a pilot’s license and flying her own plane to service her accounts in the Rocky Mountain states--she traversed into the highly competitive real estate arena.
