PART 3
The students should excel in their academics and after the examination is over they should be out to acquire the real time technical expertise on their subjects, relate themselves with the professional world and tight their belts to venture out the real professional world by acquiring tips on PD, time management, behavior science, diluting egos, and update themselves with the current affairs on all subjects and their own subjects in particular Sushil Verma, Scopic On campus interviews we evaluate the various dimensions of the students and absorb them under our training program of one year. The students are examined for their theoretical knowledge of the subject, practical knowledge of the subject, general awareness, leadership qualities, confidence level, behavior pattern, emotional and spiritual values The four students which we picked up for planning, tendering, procurement and business development are highly motivated during their training program. They are being put to internal as well as external training agencies. They have been subjected to time bound accomplishment of their targeted goals. They are quite capable of learning and handling on the job training pressures as they have been guided accordingly. Their intelligence, attitude, and soft skills are being governed and monitored for optimum use.
Due to Diversification and business growth in the coming fiscal year recruitment would be on the increase. We are also motivated from the higher energy level and time bound outcome of the selected students. The students should garnish the qualities of soft skills, general awareness, and Personality Development and Leadership quality sessions on a regular basis.

With over 8300 Scientists & Technologists working in 38 Laboratories having a combined annual budget of INR 3484 Crores CSIR publishes over 2000 Scientific Papers and file almost 500 patents a year. This section of the Engineering Watch Magazine features the key accomplishments and future roadmap of 12 CSIR Research Laboratories. On the occasion of 125th birth anniversary of the noted Scientist & Noble Laureate of the preindependence era, wouldn’t it be pertinent to expect that would one of these laboratories produce the next Indian NOBEL LAUREATE? -Editor
