May is National Pet Month, and Mulberry Art Studios, 19-21 N. Mulberry St., Lancaster, will host its fourth annual “We Love Our Pets” art show in celebration of the animals that bring so much joy to people’s lives. The art show will feature the work of over a dozen local artists in a multitude of media, all about beloved furry friends. An opening reception will be held on Friday, May 6.
The nonprofit organization that Mulberry Art Studios has selected to benefit from “We Love Our Pets” is The Sebastian Foundation, a local animal rescue. Founded in 2004, The Sebastian Foundation works to facilitate the adoption of unwanted animals, offering a second chance to pets.
