DEAR ENJOPRENEUR I REMAIN LOYAL TO YOU Johannes Engl with Employees and ENJOpreneurs at our Synergy in Tyrol

“I remain loyal to you”, your customer tells you every time she or he buys products from you, asks you for a dvice or recommends you to friends as an E NJOpreneur. Is there a better gift for your first-class work than strong customer loyalty? The biggest secret how you can keep your customers loyal, is to stay in regular contact with your customers.

6-7 CUSTOMER CONTACTS PER YEAR WILL GUARANTEE THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL CONTINUE TO OPT FOR YOU AND ENJO.

Your most important contact is the Service Demo at least once a year. During these one and a half hours you show your customers new products and cleaning tips, answer open questions and check the cleaning performance of the products. Your second most important contact is at least two service calls per year, making sure that your customers are happy with their products and informing them about current offers and news. In addition, you stay in touch with Christmas or birthday greetings, for example, as well as the ENJO newsletter, Facebook, Instagram and Co.

If your customers live in your neighbourhood, it’s even easier to be in regular contact with them, because you’ll meet them again and again by chance when shopping, at the playground, etc. In this way happy customers become loyal supporters and your top customer service will be rewarded with regular purchases, new Hosts and an increasing number of great new colleagues. Yours

Enjobusiness MINDSET HOW TO GET THE SUCCESS YOU WANT BY BECOMING MORE

Before we jump in to the best ways to change your Mindset, let’s start with a very important principle that will help you understand how to make the best use of your time.

The 80:20 rule was coined by Vilfredo Federico Damaso Pareto of Italy (commonly known as the Pareto Principle in business and economics). He observed that “80% of results come from just 20% of the actions”. We can look at this in many different ways, for example: • 80% of total sales are generated by 20% of the sales force • 80% of total profits come from 20% of customers • 80% of my phone usage comes from 20% of my apps • 80% of my social time is spent with 20% of my friends and family BUT WHAT DOES IT MEAN IN AN ENJO CONTEXT TO HELP YOU SUCCEED WITH YOUR DIRECT SELLING BUSINESS? Well, if you are trying to GROW your current business, our belief is that an 80:20 Mindset could help you to stay focused on your strategic goals and ensure you spend less time chasing endless new opportunities. Much like chasing butterflies (or personal relationships!), you cannot chase success. SO, HOW DO YOU GET THE SUCCESS YOU ARE STRIVING FOR IN 2019? Spending more hours in the day and working harder than ever before is not the right approach. Success is something you ATTRACT by the person you become. If you want to HAVE more, you must BECOME more. You must increase the VALUE that you give to others. To get more success you must work harder on YOURSELF than you work on your business. Does this sound strange? LET’S LOOK AT THE APPROACH TO ACHIEVING IT IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LIFE. Try to imagine the temperature of a room... you can make that room warmer by lighting a fire or make it cooler by opening a window, however, what happens to the temperature of that room after a while? It will always fall back to the temperature setting. This is the “set point of the room”. The ONLY way to make the room warmer ALL THE TIME is to increase the temperature set point. Do you agree?

Clean

This set point applies to us. It affects EVERY single aspect of our lives and it can be different in all of them: from our mental strength, our level of physical activity, our financial situation to our relationship status etc. Your “set point” determines your level of success across the board – you get back what you put in.

Enjobusiness

“IF YOU WANT TO HAVE MORE, YOU MUST BECOME MORE. YOU MUST INCREASE THE VALUE THAT YOU GIVE TO OTHERS.“

SO WHAT FACTORS AFFECT YOUR ENJO BUSINESS “SET POINT”? In other words, what will determine the level of success you get from it? It’s not the economy. It’s not the compensation plan. It’s not your neighbourhood. It’s not your race, religion or sex. None of these things really matter. The success of your business is down to one very important factor – YOU. When you start to claim 100% responsibility, you will begin to see that your Mindset changes and you will understand that you are at this point in your ENJO journey because of: • What you did • What you didn’t do BUT you could have done • The way you reacted to the things you encountered

SIMON ISAACS

Knowing that YOU are in control of your success can be frightening. It can also be liberating (= “setting you free”). It is in your hands. You have to train your mind to achieve it. Most people cannot accept this point. They will try to argue that their position and achievements in life are determined by things out of their control. But you only have to look at examples of people in life and the obstacles they have overcome to realise that this statement is untrue. The same goes for ENJOpreneurs around the world → we have so many successful people, but to get to where they are, all have HAD to develop their Mindset. Ask any of them!!! You will discover they have heard so many “No’s”. They have experienced so many Demo C ancellations. They have experienced many challenges. The successful ENJOpreneurs have one BIG and IMPORTANT thing in common. How they reacted when they had problems.

RESULTS

BELIEF

HOW you act, will give you RESULTS. And the results reinforce your original BELIEF. Low initial belief will deliver low results and vice-versa.

The process starts with BELIEF. Your belief about something affects your THOUGHTS.

RESULTS BELIEF

ACTION

ACTION These thoughts create images in your head. And YOU act on those images. Let’s call them ACTIONS.

THOUGHTS

THOUGHTS These THOUGHTS can be varied and on many levels but usually fall into two main categories negative thoughts like fear, uncertainty, doubt. Or positive thoughts like excitement, happiness, certainty etc.

“ONCE YOU COMMIT THE REASON WHY IN YOUR WORK TO PAPER IT GIVES YOU THE MOTIVATION TO MAKE THE CHANGES YOU NEED TO MAKE.“ SIMON ISAACS

TO UNDERSTAND MORE, WE NEED TO LOOK AT HOW WE GET AFFECTED BY “STUFF”. This “mindset” circle above is a very helpful tool to help us understand: Hopefully you can see how these are all linked to your MINDSET. Now we will move on to talk about the techniques you can use to improve and perfect your Mindset. A key element is Visualisation. The University of Chicago conducted research with 3 separate groups where the first group practiced free basketball throws every day for up to an hour. The second group were asked to just visualise themselves placing perfect free shots and the third group did nothing at all, to act as the control. After 30 days, all groups were tested again. Group 1 improved by 24%, group 2 improved by 23% (without touching a basketball) and group 3 showed no improvement, which was as expected. The mere act of visualising the PERFECT shot over and over again for 30 days led group 2 to go on and improve by almost the same percentage as group 1. The conclusion of the study was if you put the right time and energy in to seeing the result you want for yourself, you will, over time see a difference.

Alongside Visualisation you must also be sure of your WHY. Write down the reason or purpose that you began your ENJO business. Once you commit this reason to paper it gives you the motivation to make the changes you need to make, to face your fears, etc. Understanding your WHY is crucial for your journey as it cements why you started and what your saw as possible from the outset. It also allows you to come back to it should you get distracted or disheartened along the way. Once you have visualised your success and confirmed your WHY it’s time to start planning. Take a look at the ENJO wheel of success and evaluate yourself on each segment from 1-10. When you’re finished you will see not only where your strengths and weaknesses are but also which segments you need to work on to give you the biggest return. Do be aware that this wheel constantly evolves and how you evaluate yourself today, may not be the same in 30, 60 or 90 days time.

ENJO WHEEL OF SUCCESS

SO WHERE TO NEXT? Well we’re sure you’ve heard it before but when the planning and evaluation work has been done, next it’s time to focus. Work in blocks of time with the aim to produce specific results. You may prefer to work on improving ONE skill at a time or devote your time to look at cross discipline improvements, each individual’s methods vary. Another technique that successful people employ is to ”Eat the frog” at the start of their working day. Trust me it sounds far worse than it actually is! The aim here is to simply prioritise the task or action that takes you towards your goal and always do it first! It’s human nature to delay the difficult task or to start with the easier jobs, but if you want to see genuine progress you must change your thinking and become confident to approach the more involved and complex tasks from the outset. Over time this will reframe your thinking and ultimately take you towards your goal faster. Which brings us to the next technique of setting goals. The goals you set yourself should always be SMART.

S M A R T SPECIFIC

Enjobusiness

MEASURABLE

ACHIEVABLE

REALISTIC

TIMEBOUND

Break each goal into smaller bite sized pieces and work your way through them in a way that you are comfortable with. A great way to support this activity is to find yourself an accountability partner. This is a person you can rely on to have regular contact with either face-2-face or by phone and should also be a person that you give permission to tell you off if you have not hit that weeks goal! Make sure you choose an opposite personality type to your own e.g. if you are Emerald / Pearl → choose a Ruby Sapphire to partner with. Alongside your accountability partner you should also think about your “tribe”. These are the people you spend the most time with and it’s important that you surround yourself with people who have the mindset you NEED to have not that you currently HAVE. Finally another great idea to help in this area is to look outside of your close circle to find a MENTOR. This is a person who has walked a similar path that you admire and respect and should be someone who you believe can help guide you to the next level. Finally the technique that encompasses all of the above and is vital to bring everything together to produce the Mindset you want is the need to create habits in your daily life. The more you make visualisation, understanding, planning, focus, goal setting and accountability a part of your regular routine the more positive results you will achieve. Just as eating well, exercise and sleep are e ssential for healthy living, healthy habits that you regularly practice are essential for a winning Mindset.

HOW WILL THE MODERN KITCHEN BE FURNISHED? The Milan furniture fair Eurocucina, which takes place every two years, provides a lot of insight. The “kitchen tools” hang d irectly on the wall, open shelving systems disappear into the worktop at the touch of a button or can be closed completely using large front elements. Classic wall cupboards are largely dispensed with. The kitchen as we know it disintegrates and is at the same time more present than before: it is increasingly becoming part of an open-plan living and dining area. Many of the new kitchen models stand on runners or feet. The classic b uilt-in style is disappearing, and they appear more casual than their seemingly heavy predecessors. Light also

plays a decisive role. Classic ceiling lights are being replaced by countless spots and hidden LED technology. Indirect lighting provides a comfortable room climate.

CONNECTED TO THE KITCHEN VIA THE MOBILE PHONE The technology is smart and integrated as inconspicuously as possible. At the touch of a button or by an app, entire kitchen islands change the working height and thus create additional comfort for the user. The stove is connected to the cooker hood via Bluetooth and indicates when it needs to increase its activity. New technologies such as the “Home Connect” app are still gaining ground. the coffee machine, the oven and many more can be controlled and operated while on the move. A virtual view of the refrigerator is possible at any time with the appropriate app. So you can look up what’s missing in the fridge while you’re shopping. THE NEW KITCHEN IS MATT BLACK The white high-gloss kitchen trend is over; however we still find this kitchen most often. The black colour is becoming popular and is often complemented with natural stone, oak or walnut. Brass or gold set valuable accents. Silver, chrome and mirror surfaces are also back in fashion and are spreading from home accessories into the kitchen. In addition, natural materials are still being used. The dark kitchens can be found in all styles. The country house style, which was previously very popular in predominantly light colours with a nostalgic, charming character, now appears in darker tones such as carbon, chocolate, navy, graphite or black. They add a touch of modernity to the vintage look, based on the more up-to-date industrial style. The surface feel also changes to

match the dark hues. The high-gloss kitchen is replaced by matt materials. Both matt and high-gloss surfaces can be cleaned with our Soft Fibre in no time at all. NATURAL STONE AS A POPULAR STYLE ELEMENT During the ENJO International Tour the question of how to deal with natural stone in the kitchen comes up very often. Since the trend is strongly moving in the direction of natural materials, here are a few tips and tricks: • Natural stone can easily be cleaned with the Kitchen Duoglove and dried with the Kitchen ENJOfil. • Be careful with Helpers! As natural stone is a porous surface, the use of Helpers can cause stains. Avoid them if possible. If it is not possible to avoid them (e.g. if the washbasin is made of stone), check on an area that is not clearly visible. • If stains have already formed, e.g. oil stains, they cannot simply be cleaned away. The oil or liquid has already settled deep into the stone. Please contact the manufacturer for advise.

TWO CONTRARY TRENDS IN COOKER HOODS Two trends can be observed with the new exhaust air systems: the hoods are either used as a design element or disappear completely from view as table ventilation or cooktop extractors. In table ventilation, the hood is hidden behind the stove. The cooktop extractors are placed next to the stove or b etween two hobs. Powerful motors transport the air to the outside through an exhaust pipe or circulate it if no connection to the outside is possible. With ENJO, your cooker hood quickly and easily shines in new splendour. Dissolve heavy impurities on the cooker hood with the green/black striped fibre of the Kitchen Duoglove and then remove the impurities with the green fibre. Only use cold water for cleaning. This makes the fat solid and it can be thoroughly absorbed and retained down to the pores by the fibre strands. Only when rinsing with warm to hot water does the fat become liquid again and dissolves from the fibre. The Kitchen Duocloth is also ideal for

smaller or hard-to-reach gaps in integrated cooker hoods. Dry the surface with the Kitchen ENJOfil. SEAMLESS AND FLUSH HOBS Built-in hobs, which are very easy to clean thanks to their flush transition to the worktop, are very popular. For a esthetic reasons, but also for practical and h ygienic reasons. Some of the stove handles disappear. They are replaced, for example, by a display directly next to the hob or by o peration with a TwistPad. The flush-mounted hob is incredibly easy to clean with our K itchen

XXL REFRIGERATORS ARE GAINING GROUND IN EUROPE For Americans, big-size free-standing refrigerators are absolutely common. The demand for larger appliances is also increasing in Europe. So if you have enough space in your kitchen, nothing stands in the way of an XXL refrigerator.

Clean your fridge once a month and the ice compartment once or twice a year. Take out all compartments, clean them with the Kitchen Duoglove and dry them with the Kitchen ENJOfil. Then clean the refrigerator from top to bottom with the Kitchen Duoglove and the Kitchen ENJOfil. Time allowing, I quickly wipe a fridge compartment prior to my big weekly shopping trip. After all, the fridge is almost empty and the compartment can be cleaned in little time.

Interview “WE CAN NOT CHANGE LIVES IF WE DO NOT MEET NEW PEOPLE. OUR DEMOS ARE THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR THIS.”

Clean

Enjopeople

What would ENJO be without this cheerful, dedicated Business Leader. For 5 years, Laurie has been enjoying her ENJOlife and supporting her team and her customers with lots of energy and enthusiasm for ENJO. We wanted to know how she keeps her diary full of Demo bookings.

OUR THEME OF 2019 IS ENJOPROUD. WHAT WAS THE “ENJOPROUDEST MOMENT” IN YOUR ENJOLIFE? I have had many ENJOproud moments. But, my ENJOproudest moment in my life was last week when my daughter Olivia finally came to a Demo with me. At 22 she has been using ENJO since she was 11 years old. She had so much input into the Demo which astonished the people in attendance. It wasn’t until she publically thanked me at that Demo for teaching her how to use ENJO over the years that I really felt my job as a parent was complete. She now realizes how something as simple as ENJO can impact her health, the environment, time and money savings. WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO YOU TO HAVE YOUR DIARY REGULARLY FILLED WITH DEMOS? I think back 11 years ago when I was first introduced to ENJO. If I hadn’t gone to that first Demo at my friend’s home, my life would be very different today. This is why we have to have Demo’s in our diaries. We cannot change lives if we do not meet new people. Our Demos are the perfect opportunity for this. IN YOUR OPINION, HOW OFTEN SHOULD ENJO CUSTOMERS AND ENJOPURE CUSTOMERS VISIT A DEMO AND WHY? I needed to see ENJO 2 times before I really understood how versatile and unique it was. When I am at a Demo, I always ask how many times the current ENJO users have seen ENJO. This gives them an opportunity to explain how they learn something new every time they are exposed to ENJO. It is also good for customers to hear they should see ENJO multiple times from other customers.

Laurie Convay about her approach to Enjo

HOW OFTEN DO YOU BOOK DIRECTLY ON THE DEMO? We need to book a Demo (at least 1) from every Demo we do. I book on average 1-2 Demo’s from a Demo. I do “Booking Ads” at each part of my Demo. For Example: PART 1: INTRODUCTION AND THANKING OUR HOST for being my partner in helping Canada’s environment by hosting the Demo and how she will change her friends’ lives just from hosting. • I explain my intention at the Demo is to focus only on a couple zones, but would love for us to meet up again to experience the next zones. • The Host is making a great environmental impact by hosting this Demo and therefore, our company wants to reward her/him with our Host rewards. PART 2: ENJO EXPERIENCE AND CLEANING IN THE HOME • While I am doing the butter test, I ask if anyone has different surfaces and dirt to clean in their kitchen. I would love to come show you how shiny and clean your kitchen could be as well. • I ask if anyone can think of 2 people who value their time or are an environmentalist, they need to be invited to the next ENJO Demo. • I discuss the reason I had my first Demo. It was to get the Floor system at a discount and to get off my knees and to stop using Vinegar (which is an acid and damaged my floor) to clean. • I mention it is approx. $1 a week to ENJO one zone of your home over the 3 years or our Hosts have an opportunity to get it even cheaper with our Host Gift.

• I discuss the environment and want to get guests thinking about people they could reach by sharing the information they learned at the Demo. •W hile Demo’ing the Living Zone I usually explain Canadian asthma statistics. Then I say, if you know anyone with Asthma, you need to invite them to your Demo. PART 3: DEMO BOOKLET, CHOICES TO PURCHASE • I go through our “sale catalogue” containing our Host programme and zone prices. •T here is an entire section devoted to the money savings for our Hosts. • I state that the best way to get into ENJO is through our Host programme and then show them how to purchase with the most money savings for our Host. • I say “at your Demo, we will spoil you this way.” “Having a Demo is so easy and I do all the cleaning!” • I am looking for partners who want to help the environment and you can do that through being a Host. PART 4: CHECK OUT • I ask everyone if they would like to partner with me in changing our environment by having their own Demo. • I f they do not want to have their own Demo, I always ask if they would attend another if someone else had the Demo. They always say yes! Or, if I could invite them to a Demo at my home. • I always ask if they would like the zone they wrote on their order form a lot cheaper, then explain how they can have their own Demo.

WHERE DO YOU FIND NEW HOSTS BESIDES DIRECTLY ON THE DEMO? Absolutely everyone who calls or Facebooks me to order some ENJO, I always ask: “Would you like to pay full price or our special price for Hosts?” Then I explain how simple it is to have a Demo. Some people do not like to invite their friends and have to depend on them to order at the Demo to get the Host rewards. So I always say: “Invite the people you love, the people who value their time and your friends who are environmentalists. They will thank you for introducing them to ENJO.” HOW DO YOU MAKE SURE THAT YOUR BOOKED DEMOS ARE NOT CANCELLED? Always stay in touch with your Host, help them to start their list of people to invite and ask them why they would like to come. Saving time, money, environment or health should be one of the reasons. This will serve them well when inviting. I ask them to say: “I am inviting you because I know you are conscious of the environment… care about your health… are a busy mom… want to save money.”

“ALWAYS STAY IN TOUCH WITH YOUR HOST, HELP THEM TO START THEIR LIST OF PEOPLE TO INVITE AND ASK THEM WHY THEY WOULD LIKE TO COME.”

IF YOUR HOST CANCELS THE DEMO NEVERTHELESS, HOW DO YOU REACT ON IT? I will always go to the Host’s house regardless of how many people are coming. My purpose is to teach the Host about ENJO and if it turns out to be a Personal Appointment, that’s great!

family respects my work and the children are aware that mom is at work 1-2 evenings per week. By doing so, I enjoy a regular income every month.

Why is it important to you to be active each month? I want to stay active so I can serve my customers in the same way I would want to be served as a customer, with trust, loyalty and knowledge. By being active for my customers, I’m also a role model for my team.

What hint can you give to an ENJOpreneur who wants to become active regularly? If you want to be active, work for it! Nothing comes for free. When I have booked six Demos for a month, I immediately start booking for the next month. If you are struggling with four Demos in one month, think outside the box. You will only find new solutions when the old ones don’t work out.

What are the benefits of being active regularly? I have routines in my life as an ENJO preneur. I have a flow with booking Demos, talking to customers and working with our computer system. At the same time my

Are there challenges involved in being active every month? There are always challenges. Even if your schedule is full you will always have to be prepared for changes. A Host can get sick or regret her/his booking. That’s why you should never stop booking when you have four Demos in your diary.

Why are you ENJOproud of your team? I’m ENJOproud of my team because of our team spirit. We all have individual goals, but we do our best to motivate and help each other to reach them.

ANKE HASENSTEIN ENJOPRENEUR FROM GERMANY

Why is it important to you to be active each month? For me, being active means staying active. Only if I hold regular Demos will I continue to make progress. For my customers, I wish to be a competent ENJOpreneur. I can only achieve this by holding as many Demos as possible every month. Then I’ll enjoy my ENJO customers’ full trust. Most importantly, I love my job as an ENJOpreneur. For this reason alone I’m active every month. We want to make Germany ENJOpure. This will definitely only succeed if I bring the green ENJO cleaning into the world. What are the benefits of being active regularly? Regular customer contact is important to me. Offering a Demo is also a brilliant way to recruit ENJOpreneurs. Being active on a monthly basis ultimately reflects in your commission. Isn’t it just great to have a regular (additional) monthly income?

Are there challenges involved in being active regularly? I plan in advance for the next month or months. I make a note if customers are in the middle of building a house etc. Then I’ll contact them in time to fix an appointment. It’s important for me to know how many appointments I have next month. This way, I can be sure to remain active.

hat hint can you give to ENJOpreneurs W who want to be active on a regular basis? Arrange the next appointment for a Demo directly at your Demo with the Host. Ask the guests who would like to book a Demo of their own. I offer two dates to choose from. Ideally, I arrange them immediately there and then. I prefer to use the customer offers for follow-up bookings. After delivery, call your customers to provide them with tips on first handling, washing instructions, etc. Use your computer system to make service calls. kids Mahrex (8) and Kohen (5) With ENJO since: 2017 Hobbies: spending time with family and friends, CrossFit and cooking healthy meals

Why is it important to you to be active each month? It‘s important to be active in my business each month because it gives me so much satisfaction knowing I‘ve helped so many homes and families. ENJO for me is a positive outlet and allows me to promote a product and brand that changes people’s lives, remaining active each month ensures I drive change, engage with likeminded people and earn an amazing income. What are the benefits of being active regularly? Remaining active in my ENJO business ensures I can achieve my business goals more consistently whilst also leaving me enough time to achieve my personal (non business oriented) goals. Ensuring that my business remains active means I minimise the time required to achieve my monthly goals. It‘s much easier to keep the momentum going then to pick the ball up and start from scratch each month.

Why is it important to you to be active each month? To keep me going and to be a good role model for my ENJOpreneurs, so they can stay active too. What are the benefits of being active regularly? To stay ENJO focused and, like I said, keep me going and stay awake.

Are there challenges involved in being active every month? Yes, there can be challenges each month, whether it‘s a cancellation, a not so successful Demo or even a team member having the same challenges. We need to remember to remain positive and celebrate the wins and remember our reasons for running our business. We also need to remember that even during slow times people want to know about ENJO and with the right attitude things will turn around. Move on and move forward, the opportunities are endless with ENJO. What hint can you give to an ENJOpreneur who wants to become active regularly? For anyone who is wanting to become more active in their business, my tips are to work on it daily and write yourself notes. Remember, everyone needs ENJO whether it be for a health reason, environmental reason such as reducing waste and our carbon footprint on our planet or if you

Are there challenges involved in being active every month? No, it is all about planning. What hint can you give to an ENJOpreneur who wants to become active regularly? Make appointments, Demos, ALWAYS talk to people you meet on the way, hand out flyers and “plant a seed”. And use social media for marketing!

are just looking for a product that actually works! So talk about it wherever you are, be sure to have an organic approach that shows you genuinely want to help people. Why are you ENJOproud of YOURSELF? I am ENJOproud because I share such an amazing and relevant product, it makes me so happy when I help others for all different reasons, I‘ve helped homes become chemical free due to health reasons and helped c ustomers find a product that finally works etc. It makes me proud when I do my customer care follow up, hearing how unbelievably great the product works for them. I am also proud of how my business has become. I had no idea how far I could go with this business initially – I‘ve now travelled, become a Senior Team Leader, helped others grow their own business and so much more! The ENJOproud list could go on!

Why are you ENJOproud of ENJO? Because it is the world’s best cleaning system. I am always left with a good feeling when I leave a home that is going to be ENJOpure and chemical free, because I feel like I did a good deed in the family’s way to a healthier life.

Enjopure Life STRONG VOICE 6 EXERCISES TO STRENGTHEN THE SOUND OF YOUR VOICE

DEMOS TRY IT WITH THE REPETITIVE EFFECT

More is actually more! From advertising psychology we know how important repetition is. It is not for nothing that the same advertisements run in a continuous loop on television. In order for your most important messages to reach your customers, it is advisable to repeat this information at least three times during your presentations. But thinking and trying it out yourself is important in order to remember information long-term. The Ebbinghaus forgetting curve shows that after one day only 34% of the information is retained. The more active your counterpart can pick up the messages, the more information is retained. Therefore, involve your Host and the guests in your Demo by asking questions and letting them test the products themselves. Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forgetting_curve

ENJOlife HACK With a simple trick, your opened gift wrapping paper stays nicely on the roll, protecting it from bending or tearing. Just take an empty toilet paper roll, cut it lengthwise and use it as a cuff. Toilet paper can’t be upcycled better than that – unless you do arts and crafts with it!

The following exercises will help you to fully unfold your voice and add a sonorous touch to your Demos and Service Calls. 1. Take care of your voice Drink enough water and avoid too much coffee, energy drinks and coke. They are harmful to your voice. 2. Strengthen your voice Laugh using the syllables “ha, hey, hee, ho, hu” and imitate animal voices. Howl, for example, loudly like a wolf or meow quietly like a little cat. It exercises your vocal power. 3. Get to know your voice and love it How does your voice actually sound? Record yourself with your mobile phone and listen carefully to your voice. What colour tone does it have? What is particularly beautiful about your voice? 4. Regenerate your voice with soft tones Keep your lips loosely closed and hum. It regenerates your voice in everyday life and makes it more sonorous. Make the lips flap like a snorting horse also helps.

5. Activate your lower back This is where the vocal power has its origin. Imagine a point on your lower back that you can press to unfold your full vocal power. Remember this point before Demos and Service Calls. 6. Relax Not only when speaking but in general. Stress has a negative effect on your voice. So put on your jogging pants, sit back and relax.

A DECLARATION OF LOVE TO LEFTOVER FOOD Open the fridge and see what’s inside. Leftover food is finally making a comeback. It’s actually an ancient concept in which our grandmothers were true masters: Leftover food is deliberately processed and saved from the dustbin. In this way we reduce waste, live a more sustainable lifestyle and pay tribute to the farmers which they deserve for their valuable work. You can find more leftover recipes here: http://bit.ly/leftover-recipes. The following is a delicious recipe of our choice:

LEFTOVER TURKEY AND WHEAT BERRY SALAD WITH CRANBERRY VINAIGRETTE INGREDIENTS: 2 cups dry wheat berries 2 cups cubed leftover turkey 1 large granny smith apple, diced 1/2 cup chopped, toasted pecans 1/2 cup chopped parsley

BE SOMEONE YOU WOULD BE PROUD TO KNOW. #ENJOPROUD

CRANBERRY VINAIGRETTE: 3 tablespoons leftover cranberrysauce 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 4 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon dijon mustard salt and pepper, to taste Optional: crumbled blue/feta/ goat cheese

1. Place the wheat berries in a large pot, cover generously with water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 45-50 minutes, until tender. Strain wheat berries and set aside. 2. Chop turkey, apple, pecans, and parsley and add to wheat berries. 3. Make the cranberry vinaigrette: whisk the cranberry sauce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and dijon mustard together in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 4. Add dressing to the grain salad and toss evenly to coat. Top with cheese if desired. 5. Serve and ENJOy!
