DEAR ENJOPRENEUR 30 YEARS ENJO
Johannes Engl with Sigi Zack, Distributor ENJO Austria East
On a hot summer day in the 80s, my father showed me his latest invention: a fibre that cleans deep down to the pores without the use of cleaning agents. I would never have guessed at that moment how much this small piece of fabric would shape my life in the future. This stroke of genius of my father was the beginning of a journey that began in 1990 and has taken me to wonderful people all over the world. In the last 30 years I have become an advocate for a clean environment (ENJOpure Home) and a self-determined life as an ENJOpreneur (ENJOlife).
This year ENJO is celebrating its 30th anniversary, and my heart is filled with joy and gratitude. Over the last three decades we have grown up together, we have learned from challenges and have been richly rewarded by countless special people worldwide. Special thanks to you, dear ENJOpreneur, for letting the sun shine for ENJO day after day and enriching us with your unique personality. We are looking forward to a very special year with you!
THREE POWERFUL WORDS ACCOMPANIED ME DURING THIS ADVENTURE THAT HAS SHAPED ENJO AND ITS COMPANIONS IN A UNIQUE WAY: HONEST, BRAVE AND HIGH-VALUE. Johannes Engl CEO & Founder ENJO International GmbH
30 YEARS OF ENJO IN FIGURES In 30 YEARS OF ENJO 6,400 EMPLOYEES’ CHILDREN were born. All over the world people spent a wonderful time together at a total of 1.6 MILLION DEMOS. A total of 53 MILLION ENJO PRODUCTS saved our customers 221 MILLION PLASTIC BOTTLES and 192 MILLION LITRES OF CLEANING AGENTS. The ENJO approach also saved a very special treasure, namely 3.2 BILLION LITRES OF WATER. Furthermore, 4.4 BILLION CONVENTIONAL CLOTHS and sponges did not end up in the rubbish. If you put all these saved cloths and sponges together, they would reach almost 3 TIMES FROM THE EARTH TO THE MOON. Additionally, we are proud of THOUSANDS OF UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE AND INSULATED HOUSES that have helped ENJO fibres to a great second life. However, our greatest pride is our 1,700 ENJOPRENEURS from all over the world who look after our ENJOpure customers and accompany more customers every day in transforming their homes into an ENJO oasis of well-being.

Daniela Böhler This year a woman was added to the Hall of Fame who has accompanied and shaped ENJO for almost two decades with her unique personality. Daniela started her ENJO journey 18 years ago as an assistant to ENJO’s CEO and founder Johannes Engl. Due to her manifold competences and her great dedication she soon took over the organisation of the events and the management of the human resource department. In the meantime, Daniela is also responsible for the sales and marketing department, as well as ENJO International’s own countries Vorarlberg, Germany, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. With her unbelievable organisational talent and wealth of experience, Daniela pulls the strings and also supports our Distributors worldwide. Daniela is a strong, warm-hearted woman who keeps an overview and has the gift of being able to completely immerse herself in the necessary details. Our Hall of Fame 2020 always has an open ear for the concerns of our employees and ENJOpreneurs. During her time at ENJO, she has empowered hundreds of people and helped them to develop their potential. She herself stays in the background and leaves the big stage to others. Daniela has not only helped to shape the vision and philosophy of ENJO in a unique way, but she also takes action every day to make our common vision come true. “IN SIMPLE WORDS: SHE IS A GREAT WOMAN. I WOULD LIKE TO BE AS GOOD AS HER IN MANY AREAS. DANIELA IS A ROLE MODEL. SHE GREATLY ENRICHES OUR TEAM AND I AM PROUD TO HAVE THE CHANCE TO WORK WITH SUCH A PERSONALITY. SHE MAKES US BETTER, DAY BY DAY.” Johannes Engl

Enjolife IN FULL FLOW HOW SELF-MOTIVATION ENRICHES OUR ENJOLIFE
Clean
Enjolife
Have you ever experienced moments when you are completely “in flow”, you forget about time feeling fulfilled and alive? This so-called flow state not only makes you feel good, but also strengthens your perseverance and thus your success. We have looked into the question of how this phenomenon arises and how we can use flow for our ENJOlife.
The psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi investigated the creative process of artists in the 1960s. He observed that the painters are completely immersed in their work; they forget to eat and sleep. After further studies, the term “flow” was born. The state of flow is characterised by typical factors such as: • Being completely immersed in an activity that has just been carried out (being in the now). • The feeling of having control over one’s own actions. • The feeling that it is actually the activity that is rewarding, not just the result. Flow has (in retrospect) an invigorating effect, gives us lasting joy and the feeling of being strong and at the top of our own abilities. In addition, people who have experienced flow are motivated to pursue this activity because the activity is felt to be very fulfilling and strengthens their own skills.
FLOW HAS (IN RETROSPECT) AN INVIGORATING EFFECT, GIVES US LASTING JOY AND THE FEELING OF BEING STRONG AND AT THE TOP OF OUR OWN ABILITIES.

WHEN DO WE EXPERIENCE FLOW? We can experience flow moments both in our professional and private lives. According to a study, the conditions for experiencing flow are less common in leisure time (20%) than at work (64%). Outside the workplace, flow is most often experienced when driving (up to 26%) and when talking to friends and family (up to 23%). IN FLOW WITH THE ENJOLIFE Are you familiar with the feeling that you can do everything with ease and that you carry out an activity full of energy and highly concentrated? The ENJOlife offers you many wonderful possibilities to experience this flow moment.
Especially now when you do many Service Calls and customers tell you about their wonderful experiences with ENJO and when you as a pro have the opportunity to give helpful advice on cleaning with ENJO. Also take your time to experience your own ENJO wow moments. For example, take products you sometimes forget about and get to know them better. You can find many great hints on the products in the product data sheets and in our product videos. To be completely in flow enhances our self-motivation. We will experience more joy, perseverance and success. We have put together a few exercises to help you experience flow moments and enjoy your ENJOlife with a lot of ease and power.
A FEW TIPS ON HOW TO ENTER THE FLOW. •
Keep a flow diary and find out in which moments you are especially in flow. Record moments in which you have experienced one or more of the following states: completely immersed in an activity, everything works by itself, wide awake, calm, complete devotion, full of energy and drive, with much ease, master of the situation, high concentration and joy.
•
Before you make Service Calls to your customers, take a few moments to think about what you are looking forward to today. Imagine that everything works exactly the way you want it to and take this strengthening feeling with you on your way.
•
Take on new small (and big) challenges to expand your comfort zone. Moments where you can strengthen your abilities by accepting new challenges are often perceived as a state of flow.
Clean
WHAT ARE YOUR SKILLS? To experience flow, my tasks need to correspond to my skills. A study by US psychologist Martin Seligman found that people who focus on their strengths and work on developing them are mentally stronger and more successful. What are your strong points? What are you proud of? What do others praise about you? Fill in the boxes with your strengths and enjoy your many great abilities every day.
My skills
PEOPLE WHO HAVE E XPERIENCED FLOW ARE MOTIVATED TO PURSUE THIS ACTIVITY BECAUSE THE ACTIVITY IS FELT TO BE VERY FULFILLING AND STRENGTHENS THEIR OWN SKILLS.

From convenience bathroom to cosy wellness oasis. In this column I will introduce you to the variety of bathroom items and materials. I will show you how to clean the different surfaces in the bathroom down to the pores using ENJO, and I share many helpful tips with you on quick and easy cleaning. (Shower) curtain up for our bathroom.
According to a recent survey, in German bathrooms men spend 25 minutes in the morning and women as much as 28 minutes on their personal hygiene. A well-groomed appearance makes us confident and impresses our counterpart. Who wouldn’t want to surround themselves with people with an appealing appearance? For many people, the bathroom is also a place to relax, recuperate and recharge their batteries. To fully enjoy one’s time in this special place, a clean, hygienic and healthy bathroom is very important to many people. ENJO has the perfect solution for all materials and cleaning challenges. 6X CLEANER AND 100% FRESH AIR Using the ENJOtex fibre we know that cleaning is 6 times more hygienic than conventional cleaning. Due to the fine fibre structure (100 times finer than a single hair – and hair is already very thin!) our fibre can remove the dirt trapped between the crevices. The air also stays 100% pure thanks to cleaning with water only.

Have fun getting to know the various bathroom materials and sharing the cleaning tips with your customers.
TIPS AND TRICKS BATHROOM CLEANING HOW MY SINK IS ALWAYS NICE AND CLEAN IN NO TIME. I like cleaning. I really do! Nevertheless, I try to do it as quickly and thoroughly as possible. That is, in the morning after brushing my teeth, I grab the Bathroom Duocloth and the B athroom ENJOfil. Since the surfaces are still wet, the Duocloth does not need to be m oistened again. With the Bathroom Duocloth I wipe the sink and dry it with the folded ENJOfil. Done. HOW TO CLEAN THE MIRROR LINT-FREE When cleaning the bathroom, I always start with the mirror. Use the moist Bathroom Glove/ Duoglove and wipe in circular movements, then dry with the Bathroom ENJOfil. My tip: To ensure that your Bathroom ENJOfil dries lint-free, wash it using a Laundry Bag. For optimal care, wash all ENJOfils (smooth and fluffy) as well as the Tea Towel in one Laundry Bag and all other ENJOtex fibres in a second Bag. In this way you prevent the ENOfils from attracting fluff from the other ENJO fibres.

THE MOST COMMON MATERIALS AT A GLANCE – AND HOW TO CLEAN THEM. WASHABLE PAINT/PLASTER This type of splash protection has a great advantage – it is porous, unlike tiles. Rather than tiling the room up to the ceiling, with the use of these materials haze in the bathroom can dissolve more easily after showering or bathing. This reduces the risk of mould formation.
GLASS A shower screen made of real glass conjures up a feeling of “room in room” and does not seem to be restrictive because of its transparency. Compared with shower curtains, which are susceptible to dirt, glass is very hygienic.
ACRYLIC/PLASTIC Plastic impresses with its special shine and is found on the washbasin, bathtub, shower screens and door, as well as on the toilet and cistern.
WOOD VARNISHED & OILED Wood is characterised by its naturalness and individuality. To protect the material from harmful influences, most wooden surfaces are coated. However, oiled wood is also used in the bathroom. Here, too, there are no limits to your imagination – wood as a shelf, bench, vanity unit or even as floor covering – everything is possible!
CHROME Fittings in the bathroom are usually cast in brass as the basic substance. Their differences are caused by the surface finishing. Chrome-plated, nickel-plated and colour powder-coated fittings are the most common. CORIAN The elegant, hygienic and durable solid surface material for the bathroom. Like all decorative materials, Corian best maintains its original beauty through careful and appropriate care. While the material is robust against scratches, it is also sensitive to detergents. Corian is available in the form of washbasins, shower trays or bathtubs. STAINLESS STEEL Stainless steel combines the advantages of an extremely hygienic material with a modern, cool look. The clear use of forms sets design accents even in small rooms. Stainless steel creates a unique design from a single source. This material is mainly used for fittings. ENAMEL A steel enamel tub is well suited for bathrooms used by and with children. This material is extremely robust and resistant – simply tough. At the same time it is easy to clean and extremely durable. These advantages make many people beam – just like the tub, which is particularly striking and shiny. A further plus point: The material is 100% recyclable. TILES Timeless and individual, high diversity. Tiles can be used as floor covering and on bathroom walls. However, there are enormous differences regarding their robustness.
CERAMICS Wisdom of age is probably an appropriate expression, since the production of this material is one of the oldest cultural techniques of mankind. The advantages of ceramics, however, are by no means outdated. Made of naturally occurring raw materials, it impresses with its absolute light fastness, extreme performance and d urability. Ceramics are used in washstands, shower trays, bathtubs and t oilets. MINERAL CASTING With mineral casting the advantages are obvious: Washbasins, shelves and bathtubs feel good to the touch, have a quality appearance and impress with filigree design ideas. With reference to the column on the subject of mineral casting (1st Clean Magazine issue 2018), we know that cleaning this great surface is not easy. NATURAL STONE Natural stone is unique in its form and colour. Each natural stone product is unique. The three most commonly used are granite, slate and marble. Slate is elegant and very natural. Marble adds a noble and unparalleled warm feeling of well-being. Thanks to its p articular hardness, weather resistance and durability, granite can be used in many areas and is particularly suitable for heavily used surfaces. Natural stone is popular as floor or wall covering in the shower. It can also be used as a vanity unit or as a substitute for tiles on walls and floors. MIRROR A very smooth, hygienic material. Being much exposed to light, it is not always easy to clean. No problem with ENJO!

SPOTLIGHT ON CHEMICAL CLEANERS
Concerns over the chemicals and toxins found within our homes have increased over recent years, and the evidence that these can harm your health is more and more significant. In the following report we show you some studies focusing on how household cleaners can harm our health. Thanks to ENJO UK for providing this report.
In recent years there have been an increasing n umber of concerns raised over the chemicals and toxins found within our homes. Research into regular house dust has discovered that our homes are host to a huge n umber of potentially toxic chemicals, which can enter our bodies through direct contact or inhalation. Children and pets are particularly sensitive to this; children’s brains and bodies are still developing, and pets have a faster metabolism and smaller lungs than their owners. Also, both groups spend most of their time in the low-level

zone of the home where toxins settle. But cleaning our homes using standard chemical products is problematic in itself. Studies have shown that the regular use of cleaning products can be harmful for health, causing respiratory problems and skin conditions, and affecting reproductive function. Popular products such as sprays and wipes cause additional problems. Sprays leave behind tiny airborne particles that can harm the lungs when inhaled. DUST DISTRIBUTION Professor Svanes from the University of Bergen states that a microfibre cloth and water are more than enough for most cleaning purposes. This statement is s upported by a study undertaken in June 2017 by Siegfried Lerchbaumer, an expert in ambient air hygiene, to measure the impact of different cleaning methods on dust dispersion.1 The test results showed that levels of dust pollution varied highly depending on the c leaning method used and were highest using a broom or mop. By contrast, the fibre cloth method that he tested d ispersed 6,5 times less dust when compared to conventional brooms and 13 times less dust when compared to conventional mops.

WHICH CHEMICALS ARE LURKING IN OUR HOMES? A 2016 US study found as many as 45 toxic chemicals in regular house dust.5 PHTHALATES Phthalates are a group of chemicals used to make plastic softer and more flexible, so that it’s harder to break. They are found in vinyl flooring, vinyl blinds, and food packaging. They also appear in personal care products and fragranced products. ENVIRONMENTAL PHENOLS You’ll find these used as preservatives in personal care products; in plastic materials such as reusable water bottles; and in cleaning products like detergents. STUDIES HAVE SHOWN, THE REGULAR USE OF CLEANING PRODUCTS CAN BE HARMFUL FOR HEALTH.
WHAT’S IN CLEANING PRODUCTS? Solvent use in the home was identified as one of four sectors that had the highest impact on human health.2 The process of buying cleaning products is such a common occurrence that many of us never bother to read the labels, having used the same product for years, or simply continued to buy the products our parents used. Yet a quick browse on the supermarket shelf will reveal how toxic many of these products are. Did you know that residues of antibacterial wipes should be disposed to a special waste collection point? Or that a popular window cleaning product warns you not to breathe in the spray?

CHEMICALS IN THE AIR Some of the products we use to clean our homes, such as detergents and furniture polish, contain chemicals called volatile organic compounds (VOCs).3 These are chemicals that start off as a solid or liquid but very easily evaporate into vapours or gases. Examples of these are acetone, benzene and formaldehyde. When products containing VOCs are used, or even stored, they evaporate into the air and enter your bloodstream through inhalation. Research suggests VOCs can irritate the lungs, particularly in children.4 In 2017, Siegfried Lerchbaumer, an expert in ambient air hygiene, conducted a study on air contamination comparing ENJO cleaning with conventional cleaning methods. Tests on cleaning with chemicals show alarming results. There was a top reading of 96 mg/m³ total VOC on the person cleaning with an eco-labelled cleaner and a reading of no less than 112 mg/m³ in the case of a cleaner with no eco-label. When ENJO fibres and water were used, there were readings of 0 mg/m³.
“THE RESULTS ILLUSTRATED THAT THE PRODUCT WITHOUT ECOLABEL SHOWED THE HIGHEST DIGITS. AND OF COURSE THERE WAS NO EXPOSURE TO SOLVENTS AT ALL WHEN USING THE ENJO FIBRE BECAUSE IT IS AVOIDED COMPLETELY.”
Siegfried Lerchbaumer
HOW IS OUR HEALTH AFFECTED? Chemical exposure in the home has been mainly linked to respiratory health, skin conditions and reproductive functions.
“IN THE LONG RUN, CLEANING CHEMICALS ARE VERY LIKELY TO CAUSE RATHER SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO YOUR LUNGS.”
Øystein Svanes, Department of Clinical Science,
University of Bergen
RESPIRATORY HEALTH The University of Bergen analysed data from more than 6,200 participants for more than 20 years; participants had an average age of 34 at the beginning of the study.5 The results showed that cleaners have a 40 per cent higher risk of developing asthma than others. In fact, lung function decline in those working as cleaners or regularly using cleaning products at home was comparable to smoking 20 cigarettes a day over 10 to 20 years. Day after day, year after year, the damage caused by these chemicals was increasing. Aside from professional cleaning, a 2009 European study showed that cleaning at home with sprays has a s ignificant

impact on respiratory health.6 Following analysis of more than 3,500 people across 10 countries, results linked asthma symptoms with those using sprays at least once per week. The study also found that physician-diagnosed asthma was more prevalent in those cleaning with sprays more than 4 days per week. Conversely, products not in spray form were not linked with asthma. HOW CLEANERS AFFECT OUR SKIN Detergents in our cleaning products designed to remove grease, oil and dirt have been linked to skin conditions such as eczema and dermatitis. The Eczema Society7 claims that these products can make existing conditions worse and even cause conditions to occur in otherwise healthy skin, stating that:
“HOUSEHOLD CLEANERS, DETERGENTS AND SPRAYS, WHETHER IN LIQUID FORM OR AS AIRBORNE PARTICLES, CAN IRRITATE THE SKIN OF PEOPLE WITH ECZEMA. IN PARTICULAR THEY CAN CAUSE A TYPE OF ECZEMA CALLED IRRITANT CONTACT DERMAS (ICD).” The Eczema Society
“THE COMBINATION OF THE ENJO FIBRES AND WATER CAN REMOVE DIRT VERY EFFECTIVELY, EVEN FROM DEEPER LAYERS. WE MUST BE AWARE THAT WHEN ANY CLEANING AGENT IS USED, IT WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE ENVIRONMENT. WHEN WE USE JUST FIBRES AND WATER TO CLEAN, THEN THIS HAS A DIRECT POSITIVE IMPACT ON OUR HEALTH.” Hans Hirschmann
REPRODUCTIVE FUNCTIONS Chemical exposure has been associated with problems with both male and female reproductive functions.8 A study from the University of Melbourne found that a group of chemicals called endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs), present in many cleaning products, can affect the quality of sperm, eggs and embryos.9 Glycol ethers and phthalates, found in many cleaning products and personal care products, have also been shown to cause low sperm motility.10 “Since children spend 80% of their time indoors and with increasing drives to conserve heat with the ‘sealing’ of homes, pollution exposure indoors becomes a major issue for children’s health and development.” – says Professor Stephen Holgate, co-chair of the Indoor Air Quality Working Group and special adviser to the Royal College of Physicians on air quality. CONCLUSION Experts agree that the safest way to clean your home, with minimal risk to health and the environment, is by using a fibre cloth and water. 11 & 1

Enjopeople “AS TEAM LEADERS, WE ARE ALWAYS CHALLENGED TO RESPOND TO THE DIFFERENT CHARACTERS AND TREAT EVERYONE EQUALLY.”
Regina Bandion leads her team with great appreciation and mutual respect.
OUR MOTTO FOR 2020 IS “HONEST. BRAVE. HIGH-VALUE”. WHAT DO THESE THREE WORDS MEAN TO YOU? They really mean a lot to me. I would like to make it an intrinsic part of my private and professional life. Because honesty is the only way to get ahead. There is a proverb that says: “Honesty is the best policy!” Our customers also feel this and place their trust in us.
REGINA BANDION ENJOHEART ROOKIE LEADER 2019 Even at a young age our ENJOheart Rookie Leader 2019 bravely followed her own way. Single-handedly, she took over a farm that was to be sold, and meticulously renovated it for years, first alone and then with her future husband. She finally transformed the old building into a real gem. Regina knows what she wants and has achieved her goal of becoming Team Leader in 2018. She leads her successful team in an emphatic, warm and incredibly charismatic manner.
WHAT WAS THE BRAVEST DECISION IN YOUR LIFE? This question is difficult to answer, as I have changed course several times in my life. At the age of 19 I left my home town to work 500 km away for a while. It was quite hard for my parents at that time, and yet I took all my courage and went through with it. In retrospect it was good and I have never regretted this decision. WHAT DISTINGUISHES A GOOD LEADER? The role model effect is important. You can’t demand anything from your team that you’re not prepared to do yourself. This is what I have experienced myself. My Team Leader supported me and always told me how proud she was of me. It’s good for the soul and simply beautiful. Also, it’s important to stay authentic! Otherwise, you’ll lose face real quick. Honest, brave, high-value! Catchwords which fit perfectly to every leader.
“AS A LEADER YOU ARE A ROLE MODEL FOR YOUR TEAM MEMBERS.”

HOW DO YOU BUILD A SUSTAINABLE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE ENJOPRENEURS IN YOUR TEAM? Through trust, mutual respect and appreciation. My girls know that they can knock on my door at any time. I make sure that they also motivate each other. A great team spirit should strengthen and help them grow.
Enjopeople
“TEAM SPIRIT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. I MAKE SURE THAT THE MEMBERS OF OUR TEAM MOTIVATE EACH OTHER.”
WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST CHALLENGES AS A TEAM LEADER AND HOW DO YOU HANDLE THEM? By responding to the different characters and treating them all equally. It is my desire to support my girls and give them the best possible help. Of course no one should feel disadvantaged. WHAT IS YOUR GOAL FOR 2020? I want to see my team grow! The ENJO philosophy should be spread among the people. There can never be too many ENJOpreneurs! I have never worked for a company that has showed me so much appreciation and approval like ENJO. THANK YOU for that.
Finally a little story, which I have read in a book only recently: An old Indian chief and his grandson are sitting around a campfire. The boy wants to know how it is with life and its pitfalls. Says the old chief: “Two wolves are fighting in my breast. One is the wolf of darkness, fear, despair, distrust, resentment and envy. The other is the wolf of light, love, compassion, joy and happiness.” The grandson listens with big eyes, staring spellbound into the fire. He thinks and frowns. Then he asks excitedly: “Grandfather, which of the two wolves is going to win?” The wise, old man says: “The one I feed!”

“I SHARE THE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE I LOVE EMPOWERING WOMEN.”
WHAT IS YOUR RECRUITING SECRET? If someone is showing interest, I have a fun and casual chat about how great ENJO is with no high expectations and how fab the product is. By doing this, I think people then believe they could give it a go themselves. When they start chatting about how great their ENJO is and telling the people at the Group Demo, I make a joke and say “hey you could totally do my job!” and plant the seed. I don‘t push, I just encourage and give them information. I also make the business look appealing and people want what I have got – from work trips to being flexible with my children and having lots of fun at the Demo. These are my recruiting tips and secrets ;) WHY DO PEOPLE JOIN ENJO? I feel people join for all different reasons. I have girls in my team that work full time and love ENJO and wanted to share it as a side hussle. I also have girls making it their full time job to allow them flexibilty for their family or some that like the extra income.
“I ALSO MAKE THE BUSINESS LOOK APPEALING AND PEOPLE WANT WHAT I HAVE GOT.”

Enjopure Life GENERATION Z WILL LOVE THE ENJOLIFE
TIME FOR HEROINES AND HEROES Strong women have always influenced the course of history. They appear as saviours in times of need, as fighters against injustice and inhumanity, or show great political skills in a time dominated by men. There is Cleopatra, who twisted the most powerful man of her time around her finger using her sharp intellect; or Catherine the Great, under whose influence Russia rose to become a great power – the legacy of these strong women is still evident today. Where would the world be without the scientific findings of Marie Curie, the first female Nobel Prize winner? Who would have been a better role model for charity and humanity than the humanitarian fighter Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhio, better known as Mother Theresa? Heroism knows no gender, no status and no age. Anne Frank, a German-Jewish girl who fled with her family from the Nazis to the Netherlands, was only 15 years old. Nevertheless, the diary she left behind was a work of art that has since been a call for tolerance and international understanding for future generations. The farmer’s daughter Joan of Arc led French soldiers against an apparently overpowering British army – and won. Not every heroine has to fight big battles or deliver revolutionary scientific findings. Everyday life offers numerous opportunities to perform heroic deeds, especially as an ENJOpreneur. Each new ENJOpure home contributes to less toxic substances being dumped in our water and protects the health of the people who live in it. Every recycling box filled with used ENJO products and sent to us means that heaps of disposable and other cleaning cloths and many litres of cleaning agents have been saved. Well, if this isn’t a heroic deed for our world...
While for Generation Y (early 1980s to late 1990s) digitalisation and a good work-life balance was key, Generation Z is now the next group of young people ready to enter the labour market. According to the new Randstad Employer Brand Study, the 18 to 23-year-olds have a special wish for their future employer: a career with responsibility. As many as 24% of Generation Z consider corporate responsibility towards society and the environment to be an important criterion. In 2013, this topic was of interest to only 8% of those surveyed. Social and ecological responsibility has been one of the cornerstones of ENJO for 30 years and makes the profession as an ENJOpreneur, our ENJOlife, particularly attractive for Generation Z. There has never been a better time than now to share the ENJOlife and to enable our youngest generation on the job market to take up a wonderful profession which exactly matches their ideas.

HERE ARE 5 SECRETS TO MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS ENJOPURE Our common goal is to help customers make their home ENJOpure. In this way, our customers can enjoy all the benefits of cleaning only with water: • Save time & money • Protect your health • Protect the environment • 6x better results The following 5 secrets will help you make your customers’ homes ENJOpure: 1st Secret: Speak honestly and bravely about our goal, the ENJOpure Home, during your Host preparation and at the beginning of each Demo. 2nd Secret: Show your enthusiasm for your own ENJOpure Home and talk about the benefits you enjoy. 3rd Secret: Listen and find out what benefits matter most to your Host and guests. Is it the health of their children that is especially
important to them? Or are they looking for a quick and easy cleaning solution in their full-on everyday life? The more you respond to the needs of your counterpart, the quicker you will spark up her/his enthusiasm for their own ENJOpure Home. 4th Secret: When introducing the products, focus entirely on the product sets, not on individual products. Pay attention to your choice of words: Are you talking about individual products or sets? Talk about “Kitchen Set” instead of “Kitchen Glove” etc. as often as possible. 5th Secret: Accompany your customers step by step on their way to the ENJOpure Home. Many customers meet ENJO 3-4 times until they have completely converted their home to ENJO. Take time for regular customer follow-up on the phone and offer your customer to introduce further Zones.
SHARE YOUR WOW MOMENT WITH US! Do you have a special ENJO wow moment which you surprise your customers with at the Demo? Do you have a great product tip that you would like to share with the ENJOpreneurs worldwide? Do you have an awesome before/after ENJO cleaning
picture to inspire your customers? Please send your ideas and tricks to johanna.scherrer@enjo.com. If your contribution is published in one of the next Clean Magazines, you will receive a small gift from Austria as a thank you.
