ENJO’S CORE VALUES ARE HONEST, BRAVE AND HIGH-VALUE. WHAT DO THESE THREE WORDS MEAN TO YOU? The basic values are well in line with my attitude to life, so I can very easily work with these words. If we are honest and brave in our work, we will achieve a lot, and by offering a high-value product like this nothing can go wrong.
WHAT IS THE KEY TO A SUCCESSFUL DEMO FOR YOU? WHAT ROLE DOES THE HOST PLAY IN THIS? For me, it is very important that I closely communicate with the Host and help her/him to invite the guests. When I’m on my way to a Demo, I know that I’m looking forward to the time together, that I’m doing my best and that I’m simply being myself. So far, this has worked very well. Often friendships have developed from this. I love it.

WHERE AND HOW DO YOU FIND NEW HOSTS FOR YOUR DEMOS? Of course, I started with my friends and family, they made it very easy for me and I felt comfortable. Meanwhile, my Hosts have all sorts of backgrounds and come from everywhere. They hear about ENJO because word gets around. It arouses their curiosity because their friends have it. I talk about ENJO when I’m out and about and my family supports me. Since we have a brilliant product, we will not run out of Hosts.
HOW IMPORTANT IS IT TO YOU TO CONTINUE BOOKING DIRECTLY AT THE DEMO AND WHY? HOW DO YOU GO ABOUT OFFERING FURTHER BOOKING AT THE DEMO? Continuing to book at the Demo is one of my weak points, from which I can learn. This would be the easiest way to get bookings, which I usually miss out on because I’m so enthusiastic at the Demo. MORE AND MORE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE OPTING FOR THE ENJOPURE SET. HOW DO YOU FOCUS ON IT? WHAT ARE YOUR TIPS FOR SUCCESSFULLY OFFERING THE ENJOPURE SET? The ENJOpure Set? That always surprises me too. Frankly, I always try to explain to my customers that when they begin it would be wise to change completely in one area, otherwise it makes no sense. Most of them follow my advice, and many do it like I did eight years ago and make a complete change. I’ll start by telling my ENJO story and I think many people will come to the same conclusion: It’s all or nothing. I then deliver everything to them personally and take about one hour extra time. It is important to point out that they are not alone and that they can always call me because it is a big change at the beginning.
HOW DO CUSTOMERS RESPOND WHEN YOU MAKE A SERVICE CALL TO THEM? HOW DOES IT FEEL FOR YOU TO MAKE SERVICE CALLS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS? Many customers are very happy. Of course, I already know some of my customers well and while talking, in many cases we touch on private subjects. In addition to the regular service calls I make to my customers, I also hope that my customers call me when they need me and they feel well looked after. The most important thing for me are satisfied customers, not those who buy a lot and then don’t use anything because they don’t know how and where and what.
WHAT HAS BEEN THE MOST BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE IN YOUR ENJOLIFE SO FAR? I had lost sight of my long-time friend for a short time, and when she held a Demo at my place in January last year, she just put the job on the table and upon seeing her off at the door at the end of the night I said: “I think I will do this.” That’s how my ENJOlife started and the most beautiful thing is: I hear and see a lot of her and am happy about our friendship.
