I'm a creative southern girl who loves to read and write. Addicted to learning, I work in academia and write books and articles for national magazines. In my scant spare time, my folks will tell you that I spread around ridiculous amounts of opportunities and cultural information. My greatest joy and biggest blessing is raising my amazing daughter. Motherhood is a serious and rewarding endeavor. My life would be much harder without music.
