at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex Visitors to Orlando will undoubtedly experience plenty of special effects during their visit to the theme parks, but none can produce more goose bumps than the ground-shaking rumble, fiery orange glow and billowing plumes of vapor at a real NASA rocket launch. Expendable launch vehicles, a.k.a. rockets, promise to keep the thrill of space exploration alive for guests at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex (KSCVC) as NASA launches its Mars Science Lab on November 25 and SpaceX launches its Falcon 9 rocket on November 30.
