The main objective of Workpackage 6 is to create a global impact and ensure the sustainability of cross-borders domain-specific networks. This Dissemination Plan is aiming at conducting adequate consistent awareness and communication activities in order to create a strong and sustainable mobilization and engagement of the APOLLON related networks and communities. The foreseen dissemination actions are based upon a firm multi-channel communication strategy including workshops, main generic events, scientific publications and papers, as well as active and continuous on-line promoting of the Apollon accomplishments. Different communication channels are put to their intended use (conferences, networking events, workshops, multimedia-content, social media) to raise awareness about Apollon and its outcomes, as well as to facilitate community building around the thematic cross-border networks.
