I
t has been a year since the pandemic hit; and now with the vaccination program being rolled out by the Malaysian government, we are all eagerly waiting for some semblance of ‘normalcy’ to return. While lockdowns have caused the economy and most businesses to experience a pause in growth, proactive fiscal stimulus measures by the government have helped ease the rakyat’s burden. As developers, we appreciate the extension of HOC 2021 (Home Ownership Campaign) which offers additional savings to our purchasers. n 30th of September 2020, Mitraland Group celebrated the structural topping-off two of its residential towers, Andaman and Ashino signifying the completion of the 31-storey residential towers superstructure. Works held on the rooftop of Andaman residential tower, the topping-off ceremony marked another milestone achieved for the iconic Gravit8 development. The ceremony was officiated by, Mr. Chuah Theong Yee, Dato’ Andy Khoo, Mr. Tan Chee Hoaw, Mr. KK Yong and Mr. Low Kwok Leong, of Mitraland Group, the main contractor, Mr. Ng Wai Hoe of SIAB and they were joined by representatives of Affin Bank Berhad, Bank Islam Malaysia and Maybank. his year’s Chap Goh Mei, the 15th day of the Chinese New Year celebrations, departed from the norm – there were no traditional tossing of mandarin oranges, public prayers, or large-scale celebrations. Amid the ongoing movement control order, the special occasion was still celebrated as we decided to go virtual to keep traditions alive. In conjunction with Chap Goh Mei, The Tresor Soft Launch went virtual over two platforms, Zoom and Facebook on Saturday 28th February 2021. A Feng Shui live talk was hosted by Master Kevin Chan, Feng Shui consultant of Joey Yap Group. He started his Feng Shui career in 2015 and went on to further master the Property Investment and Share Investment field. Master Kevin spoke about the two rivers that pass through Klang, the Klang River and the Straits of Malacca.
