WHAT IS JOSH INFOSIGN? josh InfoSign is a josh software module designed to perform all Digital Signature and Time Stamp operations, not to mention the reading and checking of signed and/or marked files including the pertinent signature and mark certificates. The Digital Signature is an additional attribute of the electronic document on which it is used and it insures its integrity and authenticity, guaranteeing full probative effectiveness. It therefore replaces and surpasses an autograph. josh InfoSign can directly sign and display documents in Microsoft SharePoint Document Library, thus transparently and cohesively integrating with josh processes or with josh protocol! processes. The tool is included in the josh and josh Protocol! software packages and is an option in the josh Archive! package. It is perfect for undersigning contracts, documents, and invoices online using a digital signature.
