US LBM announced that Don Riley has joined the company as executive vice president and chief operating officer. As COO, Riley is responsible for leading the company’s sales and operations strategy, which includes operational support functions and US LBM’s six operating regions, which are comprised of more than 400 building materials yards, distribution centers, showrooms and manufacturing locations nationwide. Riley most recently served as CEO of Cornerstone Building Brands’ Commercial Solutions business. Manish Shanbhag has also joined US LBM, as executive vice president and general counsel, serving as the company’s top legal advisor, overseeing legal, compliance and corporate governance. Shanbhag joins US LBM from BrandSafway. Pat Managan has been promoted to the role of senior vice president of supply chain. In this new role, Managan leads US LBM’s purchasing strategy and organization to support the company’s national network of locations. Managan joined US LBM earlier this year through the company’s acquisition of ACS American Construction Source, where he was chief supply chain officer since the organization was founded in 2018. Carol Lynch, who has announced her retirement effective Dec. 30, 2021. Lynch began her career with Leviton in 1977 in marketing and progressed through Riley many positions in retail before taking on the vice president of retail sales and marketing role in 2005. Ridenour began his career at Leviton as an account representative in 2006. He also served as director of sales for retail and director of sales for The Home Depot at Leviton. LMC has named Shanbhag Paul Kane as senior vice president of finance and technology. Kane steps into the role vacated by Paul Ryan who was promoted to president and CEO following the Managan retirement of John Somerville as president and CEO John at the end of June. Kane spent 16 years at Omega Flex Inc., a publicly-traded manufacturing company that produces flexible metal hoses in Exton, Penn., with the last 13 as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. announced that Bridgette Gage has joined the building products manufacturer as senior vice president, supply chain. Additionally, Keith Scherzer has come on board as senior vice president, operations — U.S. Windows Group. Gage James (Jim) Keppler, executive vice president, operations. Gage is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and resource stewardship for supply chain functions across the company. Gage has 25 years of experience in aviation, power, and oil & gas industries. Scherzer will be responsible for the company’s U.S. Windows manufacturing operations and will partner cross-functionally to drive key operational initiatives. Scherzer has nearly three decades of experience in a variety of manufacturing environments across multiple industries. In his most recent role, he was the vice president for manufacturing operations at Cabinetworks Group in Ann Arbor, Mich.

Jeff Leyden has been promoted to vice president of residential new construction sales at building products distributor ABC Supply. Leyden began his career with ABC Supply in 2010 when the company acquired Bradco Supply Corp. In addition to his current responsibility of managing the relationships with national and regional builders for ABC Supply, he’ll also be managing these relationships for L&W Supply, a division of ABC Supply.

Rinnai America Corp. announced Renee Eddy has joined the manufacturer of tankless gas water heaters as vice president of innovation. In a 35-year career, her leadership posts include director of innovation, methods and operations at Eaton, leading up to 200 employees. During her time at Eaton, she created the innovation, methods and operations team from the ground up, developing a strong, collaborative culture within R&D across 26 divisions. Prior to her time at Eaton, Renee developed products across a number of industries for Fortune 100 companies.

Envision Building Products announced that Rick Gebhart was promoted from National Sales Manager of Envision Building Products to Director of Sales for Envision Outdoor Living. He is now responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s sales operations. John Purvis has been promoted to Senior Divisional Manager for Envision Outdoor Living, where he will lead, guide, and train regional sales managers and assist with key accounts. Charlie Haines is now the Southern Division Manager for Envision Outdoor Living. Along with promoting and selling Envision products, Haines will oversee the Southern Division team. James Clark has been named Midwest Division Manager for Envision Outdoor Living. In his new role, Clark will support Envision business development managers within the region, including aligning distribution partners and working with sales team members on new and existing accounts. Kyle Warwick has been promoted to Central Valley Division Manager/Fastener Category Manager of Envision Outdoor Living. Tom August was promoted from Regional Sales Manager, New England for Fairway to Northeast Division Manager for Envision Outdoor Living, where he provides education, training, and sales support to distributors and dealers to bring pull-through business at the contractor/builder level.
