While events have had to be canceled or postponed along her sterilized Strip, Las Vegas’ proprietors are known for putting up a good fight. And they’re not backing down now. After a couple of false starts, Sin City is cleaning up its act with occupancy limits, social distancing, masks, temp checks, touchless check-in, and hourly wipe downs. This town has never seen so much disinfectant! They’re calling it #VegasSmart.
T H E N E X T B I G T H IN G Circa Resort & Casino It doesn’t get much cleaner than brand new. The first ground-up build in 40 years, this adults-only (age 21+) resort on Freemont Street is finally taking reservations for its 777 pristine rooms and suites. The grand opening is scheduled for December 28th, 2020. Amenities will include an outdoor amphitheater, multi-level swimming pools, a 40-foot HD screen, stadium-style sportsbook, and the ninestory “Garage Mahal.”

Speaking of fights. Several Las Vegas sportsbooks are offering odds on the November 28th @MikeTyson vs. @RealRoyJonesJr. exhibition bout, which will be streamed via Pay-Per-View and Triller. If you’re the betting type, make plans now to be in Iron Mike’s hometown for Thanksgiving. If you love somebody, let them know by booking tickets for next year’s show. Every breath of Sting’s “My Songs” Las Vegas tour has been rescheduled for January 29th - May 22nd, 2021. Kelly Clarkson’s life would suck without you, so she’s moved her “Invincible Tour” to 2021; exact dates have yet to be announced. The adorable Harry Styles is bringing his watermelon sugar to the Strip on September 4th, 2021. Air Supply has been so lost without you; they’re planning a Vegas gig too. And, of course, John Legend will never break. He’s hoping you’ll save room for him in Vegas in 2021.
