Hence, it is very imperative to consider efficient resource management and employee safety policies in industries. Maintaining healthy employee relations is also a driving factor the success of industrial activity and the minimizing of work place risks. The exposure to some substances could leave employees permanently affected and some kinds of radiation leaks could jeopardize company property. Stress management should be focused on to avoid such incidents. Sometimes violence in workplace even leads to death. Keeping track of employee behaviour hence proves rudimentary to successful industrial operation and avoiding accidents. Trips and falls: Being very aware of your surroundings and avoiding trips and falls in necessary to the smooth operation of an industry. Avoiding unnecessary tangles, trips and falls is crucial in avoiding accidents at work. It is very important to design a workplace and train employees in such a way that avoids such incidents. Stress: A fair share of stress comes with almost any job. In industries, the physical and mental exertion demanded causes a lot of stress that could result in mishaps or industrial accidents.
