What was the Challenge? The client needed to revamp their existing storefront on an urgent basis delivered by a highly skilled team in stringent deadline. The team needed to be in a controlled environment for security and confidentiality reasons. They were looking for a platform to handle B2C, B2B and B2E eCommerce solutioning using one channel. Daily average footfall of the website increased almost 120% and was in the range of 100 to 150K users in a day. Orders, Customers and Products data was securely and seamlessly integrated between multiple systems. Applied multiple analytical and reporting mechanisms, involving Adobe DTM and Google Analytics, to provide critical inputs to client’s business team, to plan for better sale strategies which attain best traction in terms of consumers visits and purchases. Provided support for managing content of the online store through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), while upgrading the solution to work as a Progressive Web Application (PWA).
