Jumpology Response To take the jumpology photos we had people

jump of a bench. We had are cameras at an an-

gle so that the photo was mainly just the per-

son and the sky. We took the photos on a sunny

clear day. In editing we cropped the photos into

squares and upped the brightness.

Randi Antonsen Research Page

Randi Antonsen Response To take these images, i took them directly in the ‘Photo Both’ app on my ipad. the app gave them the complicated mirrored affects. in the app is also able to make them black and white. I then used the website ‘Photomosh’ to do the slicing and RGB shift. finally to make the grids i used ‘Pxlr’ app to make the grids and do the final effects like change the colors. I am a fan of this style of editing as i like how complicated and busy they are.

Jiri David and Ulric Colette Response To take these photos we went out side and took passport photos of people in our group. in editing for Jiri David we mirrored each side of their face to make symitary. We made the photos black and white. For the Ulric colette we used the original images and put them on top of each other. We then used the rubber tool to blent the photos together .

BODY PORTRAITS To

take

these

photos

we

EDITS took

3

pho-

tos and each was further down the body. They relate to his work because the are 3 differnt pictures put into one. The first two were more successful as they were more in line.

Combine Simoes and Martinez

SIMOES AND MARTINEZ EDITS To take these photos we went outside and took phot of peoples facial expresions against a brick wall. The person showed different emotions in each photo. when editing we slightly blared the boackground. Then we put to portraits on top of each other and used the rubber tool to takeout sections.

Double Exposure To take these photos we got one of our portraits and put one of our nature photos on to of it. We then downed the opacity of the top layer so that the photos blend in together. We then changed the darkness of them so that the fited in better.

Face Collage When i took these photos we took close ups of face features. We then useed a big portrait photos as a background/template to put the close ups on. We then put the close ups over where or near they were meant to go. We used iris blur and made the photo black and white.

Personal Colombo Response To

take

these

photos

I

went

to

the

skatepark withmy friend and took pictures of him and his board from srange angles. in editig i made the photos A4 or A3. I then blured out everything around the board and upped the contrast.

Digital Development

When i first developed these edits i used and worked on the images that

ihad previously edit-

ed. Then i used the same effects and software on them as i used before like double exosure and Photo Mosh. my favorite design techniques are RGB shift as its makes the image distorted and busy. This is my favorue edit as it is abstract and technical. i really like the effect the square over the face does to the edit as it looks like its choped out.

Final Piece 3D Wheel

First i printed 4 of the images and cut them

out. I then cut out the parts that i wanted to

rase. Next i cut out and stuck pieces of foam

board to the bottum. finally i stuck them over

the place that hey were on the original photo.

Final Motocross Collages To make these edits i had to find edits that i liked and then find a photos that i liked and a a3 sized background image. i then founda goodsize for the images so that they were well spaced and you could stillsee the background but the image strill looked good and not to small. Once i figured out my layout I edited the images on there so that they complimented each other.

Personal Identity Final Piece

Final Piece To make my final piece; firstly i had to print out multiple copies of the images. Then i had to cut out the parts from the printed images so that i could raise them. Next i had to stick the images onto the card so that theywould be raised. After that i had to put them on the image to see the layout i wanted and how raises the would be. This was important so that i could get it perfect. Following this i had to hot glue the parts which i wanted raised and stick them down. Once everything was suck down on all of the images, they were ready to stick down on the big background. before i could stick them down, i had to measure it out so that i knew where to stick it down. Finally i just had to stick down the images and i was done.

Alan Cohen Response To take these photos we went out side on a sunny day around the school and took photos of different textures on the ground. When editing we cropped the photos into black and white squares. I like my photos because the different textures are interesting to look at.

Home Identity Development To take these photos i went round my house and took photos of lines, patterns and shapes. To make these minamilist edits i used pixlr to make simple edits by changing things like contrast, brightness and crop the size. after i did the simple edits i made grids out of the edits. i like the simplistity of minamilst photography however i think it looks quite boring amd bland.

Panoramic Collage To take these photos we took photos whilst standing in the same plac. Each photo we took was slightly taken from a different angle. In editing we lined the photos up so that the look as if they were one. Finally we made the all black and white but all different shades. I like these photos look some what vintage as they are black and white. However they are boring photos in my opinion.

Autumn Identity To take these photos we went outside and took photos of nature and things to do with autumn. In editing we croped them into A4 or A3 we then changed the brightness and contrast. To do the final edits we put 2 photos together and gave them the efect of them being choped out of a magazine. The thing that i like about these is the style of tyem and how they look like different layers.

Liam Wylie To make these photos ifirst cropped the image A4. Then i used the magic wand tool to take the shape off of a template and thenpasted it on to the photo. i then duplucated te background lauyer and it filled in the shape. then i fippled the shape 180 degrees so thta you could see that there was a shape on the page. I then used a Drop shadow and bevel and embos for the shape. Finally i blured the background to make the shape stand out even more.

David Carson In these photos I have done things like blur and edit text to give it a distorted look like on davids work. I have put 2 images together and edited the layer settings. In some of them i have cut out thing and put them back in against a black and white backrground to make them pop and stand out. I have also played with the brightness, contrast hue and saturation on all of the images. on the basic edits i have used iris blur to make curtain areas stand out. My favorite images are the finished ones like the last 3 and the “tranny” one.

Technical Development

My Final design went very well. It looks very well and the layout is good and not messed up as i stuck it down. i managed to line evrything uo perfectlywhich was made easier as i just had to line up the text. on the final edit u cut out lines and adjusted them with layer settings which gave it a cool effect. Overal i really like how it came out. In my final edit i had to change the text colour to go with the images. If i had to redo it i would probable turn the hue and saturation on a few of the images as i think it is a bit over the top.
