You must accept that some of your team mates are smarter than you, educated than you and probably more exposed than you. Accept that some of your team members may be more techno savvy than you. So, when you cultivate an attitude of listening to your juniors, you are likely to create an atmosphere whereby they are more willing to learn from you too,” says
