CRM CDI ISI curricula (easy to read) Objectives:  Giving IT companies a chance to hire people with disabilities on a level corresponding to their needs.  Giving our clients a good job opportunity Description: In France all companies have a legal obligation to recruit people with disabilities. (Quota 6%) The big companies in the IT sector require an engineer level for their recruitment. Only a small number of people with disabilities have an engineer level. That is why the big companies of the IT sector have difficulties to reach the 6% quota To answer this problem, 4 companies asked the CRM to organize a special training for people with disabilities. The partners are: EDF (energy provider), BNP Paribas (Bank), Sogeti Capgemini (IT), Thales (aviation) This programme has two periods:  During the first period (one year), the person's status is that of a vocational trainee.  During the next two years the student has to sign an Apprenticeship contract with a company (employee’s status). Validation:  level II grade to integrate the engineer curricula  level I grade in an engineer training courses (CNAM Alsace)
