(Quota 6%) The big companies in the IT sector require an engineer level for their recruitment. Only a small number of people with disabilities have an engineer level. That is why the big companies of the IT sector have difficulties to reach the 6% quota To answer this problem, 4 companies asked the CRM to organize a special training for people with disabilities. The partners are: EDF (energy provider), BNP Paribas (Bank), Sogeti Capgemini (IT), Thales (aviation) This programme has two periods: During the first period (one year), the person's status is that of a vocational trainee. During the next two years the student has to sign an Apprenticeship contract with a company (employee’s status). Validation: level II grade to integrate the engineer curricula level I grade in an engineer training courses (CNAM Alsace)
