We offer a 5 year warranty from date of purchase on all working parts and valves for our taps and showers, decorative surfaces and ‘O’ rings are guaranteed for 1 year from purchase date providing care instructions have been followed and in particular no scouring agents have been used.
VALVE CARTRIDGES All our cartridge designs are tested for over 200,000 cycles before we will pass them for use in our taps. This means that under normal use conditions your tap valves have proven that they will work for many years to come.
WATER REGULATIONS All products are designed in accordance with European Water Regulations and are manufactured to WRAS or other applicable standards. All products should be installed in accordance with Local Water Bye Laws.
FINISHES To ensure a perfect finish all our taps have undergone the highest quality chrome plating to ensure blemish free surfaces and crisp edges. All finished off with hand-polishing process to ensure pristine good looks that will last.
PACKAGING All our taps are supplied in robust boxes with protective foam individually protecting the tap and its separate parts, thus ensuring your tap arrives complete and in perfect condition.
ABOUT WATER PRESSURE Before you select your taps and shower valve, it is important you establish what water pressure is available in your home. Once you know your pressure, please use the minimum bar pressure icons we have provided as a guide to select the correct tap for your system. There are principally three different types of systems; COMBINATION BOILER This form is usually fitted in newer homes and typically provides high pressure from 1.0 - 2.0 bar pressure. PRESSURISED SYSTEM This provides high water pressure typically 2.0 bar plus. GRAVITY This is a traditional hot water cylinder type and the water pressure is provided by the height from your cold storage tank to your tap/shower. Please see below a table of measurement.
