The following drivers have been named by the United States Equestrian Federation to represent the U.S. in the 2012 FEI Four-in-Hand Driving World Championships.

He has represented the U.S. at the Four-In-Hand World Championship in 1980, 1982, 1994, 1996, 1998, 2000 and 2002. In 2008, Fairclough once again represented the U.S. in Beesd, The Netherlands, at the FourIn-Hand World Driving Championships. Fairclough finished off the 2009 season with a solid fourth-place finish at the USEF National Four-In-Hand Driving Championships in Lexington, KY. Fairclough started off the 2010 competition season strongly, finishing in second place at the Little Everglades CDE in January. In March, he and Jane Clark’s team claimed Reserve Champion honors at the USEF Four-in-Hand National Championships held at Live Oak. He finished the year by winning the Team Silver medal for the U.S. at the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games. In 2011, Fairclough won the Advanced Multiple Horse class at the Laurels at Landhope event. In April of 2012, he won the Advanced Four-In-Hand Horse class at the Southern Pines Combined Driving Event. Fairclough and his wife, Robin, a well-known hunter/jumper trainer, own and operate Top Brass Farm in Newton, NJ.
