Prepare a good-faith estimate of the client’s home Conduct a preliminary qualification of prospective buyers Assist in arranging affordable financing Make a comparative study of the client’s home Offer application assistance to qualified buyers Contact the client regularly to report the selling progress of their home Review the client’s competitive selling position every 30 days Offer a one-year Home Protection Plan for ERA to the buyer of the client’s home Provide information on Seller Protection Plan coverage Photograph their home for marketing and promotional use Submit photos of their home for Internet listing Provide the client with a national referral service to assist them in finding a home in another community while their home is being sold
ERA® SELLERS SECURITY® PLAN ASSURANCE Your client will know up front what they will be paid for their home (between 80 and 90% of the appraised value). And they will know when their home will sell. FLEXIBILITY ERA® Sellers Security® Plan makes it easier to relocate for work or to move to a new home in a new development, a retirement community or an assisted living facility. Plus, in addition to the contract to sell your clients home to ERA Franchise Systems LLC, your client’s home is still on the market and if your client receive another offer, they can accept it. They will be able to opt-out of their listing agreement with the ERA broker within 21 days of being notified if they do not qualify for the ERA® Sellers Security® Plan.
