Past this time,we withdraw from the oven and let temper. In a bowl we will mix the cheese with the sugar remaining, Zest and the Orange juice. Cooking Recipe First, we mix the pure cocoa powder with flour, we mix very well with a spoon, and we will sift it with the help of a strainer. Second, we melt the chocolate to melt. Later, when it is alredy melted we will add the butter, and we will mix it. After that, we will add the sugar in the bowl, and also we will add the 3 whole eggs. Cooking Instructions 1. First, we put the octopus in the freezer to soften it. 2.After that, one day before eating it, we take it out of the freezer and put it in the fridge to defrost. 3. After,we clean it well before cooking. 4. Later,We put it in a casserole without salt. 5. When the water boils, we start to "scare" the octopus by taking it out and putting it in the water 3 times so that the skin does not peel when cooking. 6.
