What is “Speakout�?

This Hotline is an important addition to the other mechanisms already available to assist you with reporting concerns about possible illegal, unethical, or improper conduct you may encounter as you carry out your job.

The Hotline was established as an alternative when other channels for reporting concerns are ineffective or impractical under certain circumstances, such as when you feel uncomfortable or unable to report a concern through normal channels.

In addition to our Code of Conduct, we have set up a whistleblowing system called ERBER Speakout, to make sure that our ethics principles are adhered to worldwide. Anonymity is definitely guaranteed to the whistleblower. This communication tool is operated

by KPMG and exclusively serves to report illegal actions or any other behavior that has consequences under criminal or company law.

Anonymity and confidentiality

What will happen to your report?

Given the measures that are in place to ensure the confidentiality of reports and the details of individuals making reports, we encourage you to state your name and contact details when making you report.

Your report will be reviewed by a member of KPMG who will determine the appropriate initial action.

KPMG will promptly investigate any reasonable report to the hotline regarding possible violations of law, professional and ethical standards, or Erber Group policies. Where necessary, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken, including termination of employment and other measures.

Your identity will be kept confidential at all stages of the process and will not be disclosed to third parties or individuals who are the subject of your report.

Exceptions are when it becomes necessary to disclose information to relevant persons involved in any further investigation of the matter, when disclosure is required for any subsequent judicial proceedings or when access is requested by any regulatory or governmental authority.

Notwithstanding the above, you should be aware that in order to conduct an appropriate investigation into matters raised by you, it may become necessary to advise others of the subject of your report. As such, your identity may become known and you should consider this before submitting your report.

Retaliation against anyone, who voices a concern under this policy or participates in an investigation, even if sufficient evidence is not found to substantiate a concern, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for disciplinary action.

Whether reporting through the hotline telephone number, the web site, or by mail, all reports are handled confidentially, to the extent permitted by law and consistent with KPMG’s requirement to investigate and address the reported conduct.
