Regional Director (m/f) That’s how you support our rapidly growing and expanding markets: You are responsible for several direct and/or distributing markets together with your team of local Sales Managers. Your passion is developing your team and exploring new markets as well as developing new opportunities. Building strong customer relationships through regular visits together with the respective local Sales Manager and/or distributor is part of your daily business. Therefore you spend 50% of your time travelling across the countries. A close cooperation with the Technical Support Teams and Product Management Teams is essential for your success. Are you ready? Sales Manager (m/f) As a real performer you are in charge of the following: As a brand ambassador for Romer Labs, you report to the local Sales-/Regional- or Managing Director. You are responsible for generating sales in your assigned region with existing and new customers. It is very important to us that you develop and maintain long-term relations with laboratories as well as the food and feed industry to optimize their diagnostic solutions for mycotoxins, food pathogens, allergens etc. You are our eyes and ears on the market and work closely together with our Product Managers and Technical Support Specialists.
