The Sub Sampler Pro (some times called a ‘Bomb Sampler’) is used throughout the world for both chemical and environmental sampling. Its unique double action means it can sample from a set distance from the bottom of a container or alternatively at a mid point in a container or well for example.

A. Sample from the bottom of a container

- Use a Lowering Cable

The Sub Sampler Pro is lowered until the plunger assembly touches the bottom of the container. As the plunger assembly is pushed up the sample is able to enter the device. When the sampler is raised the plunger will drop down and seal the sampler.

B. Mid-height Sampling

- Use a Lowering Cable and a Control Line

Lower the Sub Sampler Pro into the liquid. At the required sampling depth pull on the control line to raise the plunger. This will allow the liquid to enter the sampler. Release the control line and the plunger will drop down and seal the sampler.

Deep Water Sampler

The Deep Water Sampler is ideal for liquid and water sampling. It can be used in tanks, wells, containers, rivers and the sea.

The sampler has a flap valve at the top and bottom. As the sampler is lowered the water flows in through the bottom flap and out through the top. When the sampling depth is reached the flap valves automatically close. As the sampler is raised the pressure of the water will keep the top flap closed, this will prevent any new water from entering the sampler.

To discharge the liquid simply open the valve on the side.

Water Level Meter

Accurately measure the depth of water

The Water Level Meter allows you to accurately determine the depth of the water in a well, tank or borehole. Simply lower the sensor into tank and the presence of water is indicated by a buzzer, the LED and electricity meter.

In-Stream Sampler

The In-Stream Sampler is a useful piece of equipment for taking samples from a product that is flowing. Alternatively it can be used to take samples directly from containers or vessels.

The In-Stream Sampler is made from robust 316L stainless steel. It can be used for sampling both powders and liquids.

Immersion Cylinder Sampler

Immersion Cylinders are designed to take liquid samples

Immersion Cylinders are designed to take liquid samples from open water as well as tanks, drums, wells and large storage containers. Immersion Cylinders are available made from either 304 stainless steel or from brass. They are available in a range of sizes.

The Immersion Cylinder is designed to be easy to clean. Both end of the sampler unscrew for easy cleaning.

Two Methods of Sampling

1. When the sampler reaches the bottom of the tank the sampler automatically opens.

2. When the sampler is mid-level, a second control line is used to open the sampler

Dipping Bottle

Take samples from open water as well tanks, drums, wells

Dipping Bottles are designed to take samples from open water as well as tanks, drums, wells and large storage containers. They are available made from either 304 stainless steel or from brass and they are available in a range of sizes.

The operator lowers the Dipping Bottle until the sampling depth is reached. The operator then pulls sharply upwards and this pulls the aluminium stopper our of the bottle, the liquid can then flow in.

Cereal Trier (Slot Sampler)

The Cereal Trier is a multilevel slot sampler that is ideal for sampling grains, rice, cereals, seeds, small nuts etc. These samplers are made from hygienic 316L stainless steel or light-weight anodized aluminium. They are available in a range of lengths and widths.

Easy To Use

Slot Samplers are easy to use. They consist of an inner and outer tube. Close the sampler and the push it into the product. When fully inserted turn the handle to open the sampler - this allows the product to enter the sampler. Close and remove sampler. Invert the sampler to empty the sample through the handle into a collection vessel.

Grain Spear

The spiral position of the pockets give superior sampling results. This means the bottom pocket opens and fills first giving a more representative sample.
