Dear OC Realtist members and guest, Thank you for joining the OC Realtist 4th quarter Prayer Breakfast and Installation of our 2015 Officers. We hope you will make it a tradition to attend the OC Realtist Prayer Breakfast every quarter with the exception of the 3rd quarter of the year. The objective of the Prayer Breakfast is to motivate and inspire us all to keep balance in our lives as we pursue the opportunities that God gives us to build wealth and provide for their families. We serve an awesome God who loves us, and is always forgiving and meeting our needs. We should all strive to have Purpose, Passion, Peace and Prosperity in every area of our lives and recognize God for the major role that He plays in our lives. We are not here today by any power of our own. It is by the grace of God that we are alive today and able to give Him the credit that He is due. It is my hope today is that you will be encouraged by the message. Homeownership by Eric Lawrence Frazier MBA
Homeownership brings stability to individuals and families who have never had anything that they could really call their own. There is something special about real estate that is unlike anything else on earth you can possess. Real Estate is not a like a car that will decay over time and you have to replace it. Real Estate you own is not like clothes that go out of style and you have to buy new ones. Real Estate you own is not like expensive vacations or experiences that only last a moment in time. Real Estate you own is not like an apartment that the landlord may sell or increase the rent until it is unaffordable. Real Estate you own is not like staying at your parents house where you know can’t stay forever. Homeownership is the essence of wealth that has nothing to do with money Homeownership is the essence of pride of a mother nurturer and a father provider. Homeownership is the essence of permanence and place you can raise your family from children to adulthood Homeownership is the essence of being able to build memories that can never be taken from you. Etch is walls and concrete Howeownership is the essence of you - your style, your colors, your smell, your stuff, your junk, your memories, your yard and your spaces. It’s the height markers on your first child’s bedroom wall. Its the hearts drawn in the concrete slabs when you pour your patio floor. It’s the birthday parties, and anniversaries in the living room and kitchen. It’s the back yard barbecue with friends, neighbors and family. it’s the high school and college graduation, and wedding receptions. It’s the family nights and block parties where everybody knows each other. Home It’s It’s It’s It’s It’s

Dr. Fredrick T. Jacobs Ministerial and Business Visionary is making his mark into this generation of change. Dr. Jacobs speaks and shares with those he encounters a story of hope and empowerment. At the age of 26 Dr. Jacobs accepted his call to Pastor in his home state Florida, after being a Youth Pastor and traveling Evangelist . He pursued his education and received his Bachelors in Business, Masters in Theology and Doctorate in Psychology. This trailblazer, spiritual leader, entrepreneur is not short of influence and the key component of life “Wisdom”. While in college Dr. Jacobs managed a Mental Health Facility. It is at this place that he grasped a hold to the method that you can’t have spirtuality without some psychology. He speaks to those who are open to hear a message that says you have to participate in your own life choices. As one who has beaten all odds, Dr. Jacobs has great experience when it comes to challenges in business, challenges in ministry, and even judicial system curcumstances. With over 11 years of Marriage and 18 years in Ministry. Dr. Jacobs founded his own Ministry in 2007. Growing a budget from 35k annually to managing budgets over 2 Million Dollars annually, he definitely relates to young Pastors who choose the path of church plants or founding their own ministry. This journey gave him such a strong deposit in what is now his purpose and destiny. This Pastor is a sought after speaker traveling across the country speaking to Congregations, Married Couples, Domestic Violence Platforms, Youth, and Young Adults. Dr. Jacobs in October 2014 will be launching his own Relationship show on KJLH 102.3 in the Los Angeles area. This segment is called “Beyond the
Pulpit”. This is right up his alley to discuss the hot topics that our Nation is not willing to discuss or assist in resolving. He has a line up of indiviudals, couples, leaders, psychologists, celebrities, and pastors across this nation who are ready to deal with the issue called “Relationship” head on! The show will be called Dr. “J” The Counselor. Chief Executive Officer of Celebrity Soul Food Buffet which is a thriving Southern Cuisine Restaurant in Orange County California. Dr. Jacobs is using his restaurant influence and ownership to impact the communities around him by being committed to the youth of today, he is mentoring and assisting in their financial future. He has established fundraisers and campaigns to support the local youth to raise money for their education and sports programs. Dr. Jacobs accepts engagements speaking on Budgeting, Planning, Marketing and all of the key components that make businesses and business owners succesful. Teaching and training is a passion for this leader and visionaire.Dr. Jacobs is a Wise Leader, Mentor, Confident and successful business man. He is very sensative to those who are around him. His ability to descern issues and remain committed to assisting until things are resolved leaves most speachless in a society where people feel abandoned. Dr. Fredrick T. Jacobs is married to Mrs. Taja Jacobs of eleven years. Their marriage is powerful, this team is respected and operates in an amazing example of Blessings, Victory and Triump in Christ Jesus. Lady Jacobs loss her mother to being murdered by her Step Father at age eleven. This couple teaches and preaches the message of Forgiveness, Grace and Empowerment. Through faith they have two beautiful children Trinity and Isaac. They are being solicited to publish multiple books as we continue to hear amazing testimonies of what they have encountered, and how they overcame “TOGETHER”.

OC REALTIST® We are the official Orange County Chapter of The National Association of Realtist® (NAREB). The Orange County Chapter was chartered on August 4th 2010. The efforts to form this chapter began in November of 2009. We became a chartered chapter of NAREB because of a few committed individuals who have been members from the very beginning. Each member of the NAREB Organization is referred to as a Realtist®. A Realtist® is a registered Trademark and Designation for members of NAREB. The Realtists have made substantial contributions to the cause of “Democracy In Housing” by working to provide housing for all without limitations. It is that same level of commitment from members like yourself that will enable us to become a strong chapter within the National Association of Real Estate Brokers and that will give us the resources required to meet the needs of our members and the community now and in the future. As President of the board of directors, I am especially thankful for every member that joins our chapter because of the business and community goals that we intend to accomplish in Orange County. We need committed members who believe in the mission and vision of NAREB and want to give their time in addition to receiving the benefits that come with membership.
