Innovative Accomplishments Annual Account Reviews – Created the process to conduct account reviews with top vendors to review performance and terms of contract on an annual basis. Provided an opportunity to discuss strengths and opportunities. Allowed opportunity to build on partnership by discussing current concerns and future needs. Live Interviews – Developed and implemented the process for conducting face-to-face interviews with prospective Listing Brokers during national conferences. Candidates were screened in advance and interviews were conducted in conjunction with conference coordinators. This allowed us to meet our needs more quickly during a time when we were sourcing for 30-50 new Listing Brokers per month. Vendor Services Disciplinary Committee (VSDC) – Developed VSDC to facilitate disciplinary action of vendors in a consistent and transparent manner. The process removed the decisioning from a single staff member to a team of managers and brought consistency to the process. Committee participants also include Legal and Fraud to assist in reviewing cases. Director Contract Attestation – Created the process to validate that business area directors were aware of the performance and spend of vendor contracts for their lines of business. Attestation completed quarterly and brought to light performance issues that had not been escalated previously. Listing Broker Segmentation – Led my team through the process of revising the oversight functions for Listing Brokers based on appropriate level of risk, versus assignment capacity or past performance. Allows team to focus on where the greatest risk is and loosens up unnecessary controls over vendors that pose little if any risk to the organization. Vendor Services Newsletter – Created a newsletter to communicate hot topics to our network, as well as reminders of important alerts and results of decisions made by Vendor Services Disciplinary Committee (VSDC). Publishing Sourcing Opportunities – Developed the process to provide transparency around vendor requirements and sourcing opportunities by enhancing HomeSteps.com website to include a real estate professionals page were candidates can obtain information and register as a prospective vendor. In addition to providing transparency to vendors, this information cut down on the number of phone calls and emails received requesting this information.
