Each week affiliates will be identified on the show and promoted as businesses who demonstrate the spirit of the Power Is Now theme. Show Co-host Co-host any live or pre-recorded show with me and have the opportunity to introduce yourself for free. Co-hosting is free by invitation only. Co-brand yourself and your company as a leader and expert in Real Estate by Co-hosting and advertising on the live show page with the guest speaker. Association is everything in Real Estate. Investment: $997.00 per show
Benefits • Special introduction by the Host to the Guest during the preconference. • 90 second commercial to introduce yourself & your company to the Power Is Now audience during the Co-host introduction segment. • Lead off the Q&A with two questions and possibly more depending on the time and questions from the audience. • Your picture, contact information will be listed on the live show page next to the speak and sponsor of the show permanently as a paid Co-host advertiser. • Your picture, and contact information will be placed in the monthly online Power Is Now Newsletter for one issue. • Your name and contact information listed in the written transcript available for the show. • Your name and contact information will be listed in the press release sent out to the media. • The show and your information will be a permanently in the show archives and will be played periodically throughout the month. 4
Show Sponsorship Sponsor any live or pre-recorded show by co-hosting and pre-recording a 5 minutes interview about your company and/or service. Co-hosting consistent of welcoming the audience in the beginning of the show and introducing yourself as a sponsor and then starting off the Q&A session for the guest speaker(s). The pre-recorded interview/commercial is played during the 1st commercial break before the interview. We can also conduct a live commercial during the break if preferred. Once the show is completed it will play 3 to 5 days a week for the next 30 days as a live show. It will also be placed in the show archives with all of the past Power Is Now shows. Your contact information, picture, logo and any PowerPoint presentation(s) will also stay on the show page of the website. Sponsorship investment is currently $1897.00 Sponsorship include: • Targeted viewership/listenership – real estate agents nationwide • Pre-roll audio spots placed before shows – self produced or PIN produced • Audio ads surrounding content – can be self produced or PIN produced • Live reads and enhanced host endorsements during live shows • Opportunities to solicit and obtain listener feedback and testimonials • Customized branding on network site – you provide jpeg 300x250 ad. • Ability to feature promotional offers and contests • Robust set of metrics regarding sponsorship performance • Once the show is recorded it will play weekly for next 30 days as a live show.

Commercial The commercial consists of a 2 to 3 minute pre-scripted recording about your service, products and/or programs. Once the recording is completed to your satisfaction it will play 4 times a week over the next 90 days with the same show and will remain with the same show for life in the archives. Your contact information, picture, logo and any PowerPoint presentation(s) will also stay on the show page of the website along with the replays in the show archives. Infomercial The infomercial consists of a one hour live show with Q&A that is scripted or we can take live questions from the audience. This show is completely devoted to educating and selling the Power Is Now audience on your service, product or program. You receive the same benefits as sponsor with the addition of a live interview. During commercial we will play testimonials of people using your product or service and or hear from other leaders within your organization. The show will be completely scripted and the commercials will all be prerecorded. Once the show is completed it will play once a week for next 90 days as a live show. It will also be placed in the show archives with all of the past Power Is Now shows. Your contact information, picture, logo and any PowerPoint presentation(s) will also stay on the show page of the website along with the replays in the show archives. Live Events Live Event Broadcast consists of a three hour live show on location with Q&A that is scripted or we can take live questions from the audience. The live show enables you to deliver your content to your audience of members, clients, and prospects nationwide in addition to the nationwide Power Is Now audience. The show will be completely scripted and the commercials call all be prerecorded. Once the show is completed it will play once a week for the next 120 days as a live show. It will also be placed in the show archives with all of the past Power Is Now shows. Your contact information, picture, logo and any PowerPoint presentation(s) will also stay on the show page of the website along with the replays in the show archives.

About our Host Eric Lawrence Frazier, MBA Eric Lawrence Frazier is the President, Founder, and Executive Producer of The Power Is Now Radio. In addition to being the Host and Executive Producer of the Power Is Now Radio, Eric Frazier enjoys a very successful career in Mortgage Banking His career includes a total of 31 years in sales and operation management. Eric Lawrence Frazier has an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and a BS BAM in Business Administration and Management from the University of Redlands. He has been married for 30.75 years and has 4 daughters. His wife and daughters own and operate Frazier Group Reality in Riverside, CA a full service Real Estate Company.
