The primary objectives include the development of two impactful Video/Audio presentations by Carolyn Sunseri and Meagan Harris, strategically integrated into Homebuyer Webinars for real estate agents by TPIN Media. These presentations will not only serve as valuable resources for realtor webinars but will also be distributed as standalone webinars, podcasts, and TV shows on GSFA's channels. The detailed proposal covers preproduction, production, and distribution aspects. Additionally, TPIN Media, Inc. proposes a dynamic partnership to enhance GSFA's outreach and impact through engaging content creation, sponsorship, and strategic social media management.

Content distribution on TPIN Media platforms including TPIN Website, Podcast, Streaming Platforms, and all Social Media channels, ensuring diverse and extensive outreach.
1. Recording presentation with Director and Producer Support
Preproduction meetings to strategize, plan, and script the presentations.
2. Editing for optimal visual and auditory impact for Television, podcasts and Social Media
3. Lower thirds, music, animation, etc. a. Graphic designs of thumbnails and PowerPoint Presentations of Social Media posts and flyers of the Presentations by TPIN Media.
4. Inclusion in Homebuyer webinars by TPIN Media, Inc. for Real Estate Agents in California.
5. Creation of standalone distribution, TV Show, and Podcast for TPIN Media, Inc.

1. $3,000.00 ($1,500.00 per video x 2)
Preproduction and Production: $5,500.00
a. $1,000.00 for the commercials ( $500 for 60 seconds commercials that will be played in all TPIN Shows x 2)
b. $1,500.00 for creation of 3 parts standalone webinar. (Total webinar length 60 minutes, 20 minutes per part)

i. GSFA Organization

b. TV Show of the GSFA Presentation distributed on Apple TV, Roku, Android TV, and Amazon Fire TV.1
