The holidays are my favorite time of year - the food, the family, the cupcakes, the gifts from "Santa" even though I'm a grown adult. However, the holidays are also a very difficult time for those with celiac, nonceliac wheat sensitivity, or those avoiding gluten. The holidays for "normal" people are full of baking flour, gluten in the gravy, stuffing and dressing full of gluten, and even gluten in your gifts (lotions, make-up, etc.). But we can still have an amazing holiday season full of gluten-free love, joy, cheer, and safe food.
