2012 San Marcos Job Fair Thursday, April 26, 2012 San Marcos Activity Center Presented by the Rotary Club of Greater San Marcos The Rotary Club of Greater San Marcos Job Fair is in its eighth year of helping employers connect with potential employees. Over 3,500 potential employees have attended these Job Fairs! If you have a position that needs to be filled, reserve your booth for the 2012 San Marcos Job Fair before time runs out! Features of the 2012 Job Fair: ONLY 40 TABLES AVAILABLE SOLD OUT EVERY YEAR Workforce Solutions Staff will register applicants at the Job Fair. They will then provide guidance to ALL job seekers on which employers are interviewing for different job titles. Job seekers who have pre-registered for the job fair through the Work In Texas website or at the Workforce Solutions office will be able to access the employer booth area via a “fast-pass” line with little to no wait! Separate Interview Area with tables and chairs available for employers.

$85.00 for a single booth and $125 for a double booth if registered and paid in full by April 14th (fees increase after)

30” X 72” table with tablecloth, 2 chairs, plus employer name tent sign, 2 box lunches provided for employer representatives

Employer Set-up: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Job Fair: 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Employer Take-down: 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
