If you have not done so already, we recommend joining your account to every Facebook group and community that is in your key areas, as well as the groups focused on your personal interests. We can help you contribute and interact with that audience and to generate a reciprocal reach with those users.

I will backdate 10-12 posts to fill in any lapses of posting on your Facebook Business Page. The Page is in line with your personal brand, so we can easily you can position yourself as a community advocate and resource and leverage your expertise in your farm areas using landing pages and squeeze pages. I will post all your Open Houses, New Listings, Price Reductions, and Just Solds. When you have time, you could boost reach by simply sharing some of the links from the Business Page to your personal Facebook page. I will use Buffer to cross-post to other platforms, such as LinkedIn, & Instagram with a call to action for each. I will continue to post reviews to your Google, Instagram, and Facebook Profiles, We should also cross-reference your Facebook friends list and invite them to join your Business Page so we can request reviews from past clients on Facebook.

We will begin posting with media from your (but not limited to) Open Houses, New Listings, Price Reductions, Pocket listings, Just Solds, and Broker Previews - then we will share the links on your personal page and other platforms, such as LinkedIn, and share the photos on Instagram with a call to action for each. . Let us update all your profiles with reviews on all three platforms. Reviews are synchronized from Testimonial Tree and Agent Website and realtor.com Zillow reviews are linked to Testimonial Tree. Those reviews show up, side by side on Testimonial Tree, Agent Website, Agent Profile.

Eric will help you both setup profiles on RateMyAgent, a reviews platform that NAR/CAR provides a free lite version. I will collaborate with my team on pulling all past reviews and assimilating them in the best conceivable way. An upgrade may be necessary to utilize the automation and enhanced features for marketing purposes. We make sure your all of your past reviews are visible on ALL of your social platforms Facebook, Instagram, Google by posting the branded Images of each review.

• Work with Title to Obtain email and phone lists from Title from each farm area.
• Build Campaigns for existing client lists in addition to new email/call lists.
• Create Squeeze Pages for each Farm that automatically put leads into kvCore and into the email drip program.

Eric will setup the Buffer App for you (no cost for 3 profiles) and will schedule weekly posts that will be posted automatically onto your Facebook, Google & Instagram Business Profiles simultaneously. You may review or add content at your discretion in conjunction with whatever I have on the calendar with no issues. The app works in concert with Social Media Concierge & many other content systems.
