SCOPE OF WORK

MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT SCOPE OF PROJECT: Design a mixed use building for housing as well as retail to generate revenue for the University of the District of Columbia. The Master Plan encompasses the goals of the University in developing the campus layout as a campus community. New housing will be a part of the development of the master plan.
