The proposed Master Plan encompasses the goals of the University in developing the campus layout as a campus community. The University is planning to construct new student housing as part of the development of the Master Plan. This will be part of the initiative to construct housing on campus as well as in the community. As a result, it has been determined that it would be more cost-effective to construct housing as well as generate additional revenue for the University.
