Erich Merkner

Erich Merkner already had a successful career in construction before deciding to enter the real estate industry. As a design-build contractor, he was employed by Walsh Construction, a well-known company in the United States. After starting as a junior carpenter, Erich rose through the ranks to become the company's general foreman and eventually supervisor. Midstate Concrete selected him for a part in the Cline bridge construction. After building the bridge, Erich created Prestige Construction Consultants and obtained his Indiana and Michigan broker's licenses. In his current position, he works for Coldwell Banker, the third-largest real estate company in the country.
