PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Land Rover is pleased to offer a special employee purchase opportunity on 2012MY Range Rover HSE. The program offers Jaguar or Land Rover employees listed in Jaguar/Land Rover University Online (Sales, Service, Parts and Support) a special incentive towards the purchase or lease of a Range Rover. Vehicles have the options to be purchased or leased through Land Rover Financial Group or independent sources. Limited Availability: Each retailer will be allocated PIN's for this program by their Market Manager. PROGRAM SPECIFIC NOTES: Vehicles must be RDR'd by 7/2/12 (no exceptions, Fax Back Required). Business Builder will not be paid on vehicles sold under this program. Vehicles must be RDR'd using BBSS Sales Category: Land Rover Special Program listed on page 3 to ensure proper payment of Range Rover Employee Program Cash incentive. This vehicle program cannot be combined with any other Land Rover incentive programs except subvened lease, or APR programs through JLRFG (Chase). (18 month Range Rover Lease Cash is not eligible for Program . ) Fax Back Form Required.Please see Special Conditions (page 2) for proper incentive processing and payment. Due to the nature of the program related to limited availability and supply constraints, Land Rover reserves the right to end the program at any time. Participants are eligible to lease or purchase eligible vehicles utilizing the Range Rover Employee Program Cash incentive listed below. Participants are required to have a special PIN in order to qualify for the program. PIN's will be allocated by the Market Manager. Participants are required to keep the vehicles in their name for a minimum of 12 months. Participating retailer employees must be listed in Jaguar / Land Rover University Online (JLR TD&D ID#) and must be filled in on the attached forms in order to validate payment (subject to chargeback). Maximum of one vehicle per retailer employee. The incentive listed below and all applicable incentives must be applied in full to lower the participant sales price (invoice price). These retailer incentives should be treated as a reduction to the selling price, not as a taxable Factory Rebate. In addition to the incentive amount, the program includes a $500 Dealer Commission allowance for each delivery MSOs, Ex-VIP / Service Loaners, Factory Executive Cars, etc. are not eligible Sample Lease Payments below are based on invoice pricing + D&D. CLAIM PROCEDURE: 1) Participant form must be submitted to ROA to verify incentive payment and PIN. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: - PIN must be provided when RDR'ing the vehicle in BBSS - Retailer must FAX BACK the Participant Form (w/ Retailer section completed) and a copy of the contract to ROA. - Upon RDR and retailer submission of documentation, JLRNA will verify participant eligibility, contract, pricing and incentive payment submission RECORDS RETENTION: As proof of authentication, for each VIN reported sold under this program, the dealership must retain the following documentation for no less than two years: 1. Standard Records Retention rules apply 2. Title and registration records that show sale to as detailed above must be made available upon JCC request. 3.
