Rubber hoses | Chemical hoses

Introduction

Rubber hoses are used in virtually all industries, from chemical to petrochemical and from food to the pharmaceutical industry. This also means that there is an almost unlimited amount of combinations possible between hose, coupling and assembly method. ERIKS is very pleased to help you to make the right choice from these possibilities. Specialists ERIKS is the specialist in the field of hoses, couplings and expansion joints. Our specialists can advise you in selecting the right hose for your application. Depending on your wishes and demands this could be a hi-tec hose or, depending on the application, a fit-for-purpose hose. The aim of ERIKS is always to deliver a technically and commercially right hose.

Range ERIKS has a very wide range of hoses and accessories. We work closely together with premium rubber, plastic, PTFE and stainless steel hose manufacurers. The range is formed by our own brand RX completed with hoses and couplings from other well-known brands.

Complete hose assemblies Selecting the right hose is the first step. But only after selecting the right couplings, the right assembly method and professional mounting the hose is safe and fully operational.

On-site (re)inspecting and testing hoses Our Field Service Team (FST) can test en reinspect hoses (technical examination) annually on-site. We can also take inventory of your hoses, in which case we will make use of digital hose registration forms in the ERIKS Digital Hose Registration system. These forms will contain all the necessary details of the hose; application, location and the date on which the hose has to be tested annually. You can acces this information on-line 24/7.

Working safely with hoses For both ERIKS and the user safety is of the utmost importance. Besides retesting by the FST and digital hose registration, ERIKS offers several solutions to increase safety. A few examples by which ERIKS actually increases safety: clear hose and user information on the hose, providing a user guide and a training for you or your employers “Working safely with hoses”.

Our experienced professionals in our own assembly department are taking special care while mounting the hose assemblies. Experience and knowhow are combined with a wide range of modern machinery. Expertise, creativity and efficiency are values that we feel strongly about when producing your hoses. Ofcourse ERIKS has it’s own test facilities where hoses can be tested extensively. Testprocedures comply with the “Nederlandse Praktijk Richtlijn 5527”. The hoses that have been tested are provided with a unique hose number and shipped together with an official test report. Also, the hose that have been tested can be added to our on-line ERIKS Digital Hose Registration system.
