From the desk of Xavier Hermes: an open letter to everyone on the planet.

June 2009 Dear Fellow Traveller,

Let me first ask you a question; Are you tired of the escalating craziness of the dysfunctional reality in which we live? If so, are you willing to be pro-active, and do something about it NOW? This letter, and the initiatives it represents, provides support and facilitation as to HOW we can take effective action.

We have each been on a very long journey, through many, many short lives*, the vehicle for our exploration of all that is possible in this lower frequency physical realm. This phase of our human journey is now at an end - IF WE SO CHOOSE! NOW, and for a short time ahead, the Timescape is aligned to give us the energetic means by which to co-create a new, positive Global Reality! We are all being given the opportunity to go through a profound transformation, when humanity literally becomes enlightened, with powerful new faculties and conscious connection to all-that-is. A mantra for Change, then: Acting together, we now co-create a truly exciting evolutionary jump!

Our current reality is kept in place by the mass (and largely unconscious) agreement of the whole population. However, because opinions, cultures and attitudes - both globally and locally - are so very diverse, there is little cohesion in our reality agreement. Thus it takes only a small percentage of humanity to hold a clear new focus and agree a completely new vision. This, in turn, creates powerful energy and resonances, modifying the Timescape and quickly leading to radical, positive changes in our world.

The Global Change Foundation was set up for the purpose of encouraging positive change to our reality in the early 1990s. The request came from beings who exist at other levels of consciousness, and who are deeply committed to supporting humanity through this process. With them, we now invite you to help co-create this new transformational community so that together we can devise and activate what needs to be done. Our tools will be the support mechanisms, the conclaves, the higher understandings, the workshops and the external initiatives that together move us forward on our journey to full consciousness.

Much of this community is about global service: helping to facilitate others in understanding and then joining in the journey. It also offers the potential to rapidly transform our personal lives and put us in a place of great empowerment. Here is the challenge for each of us: Are we prepared to see the world with eyes of unbounded optimism? Are we prepared to manifest what we can envision? Are you, personally? For if enough join to create the vision of our collective Golden Age, a radically different ending for this stage of our journey – and the accompanying new beginning - will present itself.

Many ancient predictions tell that, before the Great Planetary Transformation, the duality (the challenging reality we have lived in for millennia) will completely polarize. The dark will become ever more pernicious (and obvious in the process), while more and more light initiatives will quietly begin to grow and expand. Do we not see it happening all around us? Around the planet there is mounting turmoil in the shape of war, environmental destruction, pollution, starvation, disaster, corporate manipulation, excesses of genetic engineering, escalating earth changes, deteriorating weather and a whole plethora of risks to humanity and Mother Earth.

Faced with this chaos, it is all too easy to say "but what can I do? Understand, instead, that- in terms of the long awaited evolutionary jump - this is actually GOOD NEWS. The predicted final demise of the dark side is getting into gear and becoming the precursor to huge, positive Global Change. We can, indeed, do a great deal in this powerful moment. We can engineer our own evolutionary jump; design and activate a New Reality; and secure our metamorphosis into full consciousness. To do this, we must no longer give our power away to anyone who will take (and usually abuse) it. It is our collective task, as emerging sovereign human beings who are the future caretakers of this soon-to-be most enlightened and already beautiful planet. But: Nobody else is going to craft this journey for us. Not the priesthoods of our planet; certainly not government; not the Extra-Terrestrials; not the Ashtar command or the Galactic Federation. And, indeed, not those benevolent beings in other realms of consciousness. Our sustained, co-creative and united action NOW will help the whole of humanity crest the wave and embrace the positive reality that we all yearn for.

To quote the American writer-philosopher Margaret Mead :- "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever does".

So: let us visualise, create and communicate the most positive transition possible.

Let us consciously co-create how we want our world to be, a New Reality based in *Trinity, as opposed to the unstable duality that we have existed within for millennia. It is nothing less than the fulfillment of the human blueprint!

Until it is completed, this task and the journey that comes with it, constitutes the biggest adventure on the planet, indeed, the biggest adventure since we first came here. Who will we be when the change is complete? Where will this great evolutionary jump take us? What will our new faculties bring us? Only by being the pioneers of this Journey to the New Reality will we discover our great potential to create, and all that it leads to. We become ‘response-able’ for the changes around us, and THE ARCHITECTS OF WHAT HAPPENS NEXT. Together, all these overbearing global problems can be solved by raising our environment to a frequency where they simply cease to exist. This global shift in consciousness, or* the Ascension, as some call it, is the only way that our problems as a species in combination with the planet that gives us life, can be fully and finally overcome - indeed, transcended.

So, we invite you to join us and pro-actively help create this new human adventure.

The 13 Point Plan - Ending of the Old Reality: and our Co-Creation of the New Part One

A growing number of us are coming to a realisation that, for each of us personally, this present reality has little or no further point to it. Indeed, it was created to facilitate a specific part of the human journey, and this element is now at an end. As a result of our awareness of this, many activities that have constituted our earthly reality to date have fallen away, all impetus for them having gone.

In actuality, this is a most important step in the creation of an entirely New Reality, for it will allow the old one to finally be discarded. Yet, it is also a considerable challenge for each of us. Our egos are going through a transition from being the dominant element in our earthly persona to becoming a cocreator with several other faculties that are only now moving into activation.

When the ego finally lets go and moves into its new role, it will not only have far less influence, but the drives that it represents will be quite differently focused.

Ideally, this focus will be one of higher service, the emergence of the so-called 'Golden Ego'. The essence of this faculty is the role of spiritual navigator.

The Golden Ego will be instrumental in guiding us in the process of balancing the spiritual aspects of our awareness with our well-established material aspects.

This is a most important process. As increasing numbers address it, their combined energies and intent become a primary tool in the emergence of a new consensus for human life on this planet. In turn, this consensus creates powerful new possibilities for the emergence of a New Reality.

We may find it helpful to envisage this golden ego as a sphere of six to eight inches diameter, made of bright gold energy with wings that allow it to rise above the constraints of the old earth reality. This sphere resides in, and emanates from, the very centre of the heart chakra. We may also visualise it travelling, at our command, across geography, across dimensions or across time, acting as an extension of our beingness as we move to the next evolutionary stage. Always it remains an intimate part of the whole that is our evolving, incarnated self, and as we become more able in the use of this faculty it gradually allows us to be consciously present in more than one aspect of space/time.

Meanwhile, the old ego form feels itself to be mortally threatened. This is not so, but in order to allow appropriate movement we will need to work with the old ego, and both counsel and support it in taking the new evolutionary path.

Otherwise, its resistance will be such that it will continue to spread deep melancholy into our beingness, slowing down the transformational process and causing us considerable anguish.

Our remedy is to seek the higher path, in probability one quite different from that which has gone before, even though elements of the new may have been present. This new path is intended to finally honour and manifest that which, deep inside, we know to be our true purpose for this incarnation, along with delivery of the commitments we each made before arriving here.

We should ask for and listen to inner guidance in this, and then we can work to envisage the highest path we can imagine, without taking into account the apparent constraints of the old reality that is dying around us. It is important to be utterly true to ourselves in this work, and purpose and direction will soon return. The starting point we have by then envisaged will be just that. This path will take us far beyond what our long immersion through many lives in the old reality has allowed us to perceive as ever being possible.

The path we will have co-created will become the core of our new, fast evolving personal reality, and a vital component in the construction of a New Reality for the entire planet.

In order for this New Reality to emerge, a new path must be made available for humanity. The evolution of this path will require extraordinary leadership, for it cannot be either dogmatic or autocratic in its delivery. Rather, it represents the reversal of all that has been used to control and separate humanity for millennia, and is a rejection of the false reality, the all-controlling matrix that has been created around us. This strategy of reversal first requires our recognition of the situation that humanity is presently in, and how manipulation through fear and the systematic diminishing of who we perceive ourselves to be has led us to this time of profound transformation. Thus, we are necessarily in a time of great revelation.

The path that will emerge is, to a large extent, a matter of consensus - yet, left to its own devices, the likely timescales are far too long for this to be an effective strategy in the face of current world pressures and dangers.

In this matter, we now need to become fully proactive as the architects of our own destiny. It is essential that the new path be pro-actively facilitated as it is encouraged to evolve. Such facilitation is, in itself, a ministry, the act of an aware priesthood - yet this is a concept of service to the whole, and not likened to or operating within any religious structure as the term would currently be understood. What is contemplated here is the emergence of the prophesied 'Church of Love' as the vehicle for the required form of leadership. Every person who commits to do so becomes a leader with others, working to a common purpose of service and co-creating, both with other humans and with those in other realms who offer us guidance.

This is the re-emergence of the right hand path of spirituality, the left hand path being the one largely synonymous with organised religion. This right hand path has for long been persecuted and repressed as it cut across the vested interests of those in power who operated the controlling hierarchy.

In order to inspire humanity to wish to take this path, there are certain key elements that must be included in this 'ministry', and its plans.

Firstly, in matters of true understanding an accurate appreciation of our current worldly context is all-important. We need to sufficiently understand the present dysfunctional chaos of the world around us to absolutely know that it has failed us, and that its associated reality is dying. It is now dawning on many people that we have been relentlessly used by an ‘elite’ few who have only their own profit and power in mind. It is time to break out! Not in fear or confrontation, but with a commitment to co-create something new, and more appropriate for the proper nurturing of humanity. This means walking away from that which would control us, taking our power back and then using it for the highest good.

In particular, when large numbers of humans are led to explore and start to understand who they really are and their true heritage - knowledge that has for long been rigorously suppressed - then the perceived context changes radically.

At this point, vast and positive change becomes not only possible, but actually, it is quite inevitable.

Secondly, we return to the teaching of Universal Law and principle, so as to renew the basis on which individuals can set their personal standards for conducting their lives.

Third, we embrace the understanding that every human can come to experience and embrace higher consciousness and achieve a true gnostic awareness. This is a progressive task, and for most will require guidance, if not instruction.

Fourth is the matter of our re-connecting all the knowledge, skills, relationships and experiences of our individual past lives, so that we may utilise all that has gone before in assisting us in making this great evolutionary step that is before us.

Fifth is encouraging and activating the many 'magical' human faculties that, for most of us, are still only latent aspects of our beingness. This is a major source of self-empowerment.

Sixth is the matter of achieving balance. This applies to many aspects of the physically incarnated human, and is necessary to enable our physical vehicle to hold the higher energies that arise from following this path.

Seventh is the position of holding ourselves harmless in the world, and learning the basis and practice of honouring all aspects of the physical realm, fully integrating it into our lives.

Eighth is the question of our service to others, at this time principally by carrying those others with us as we evolve along the way, and also by acting as a catalyst and stimulus for those who are not yet started along the path.

Ninth is the celebration of cultural and ethnic diversity. All that has for long been represented to us as constituting a threat - in order to promote our separation and control - will be globally re-perceived as the rich fount of diverse experience and associated wisdom that it truly is. This recognises planet Earth as the living library of human diversity, and is immensely valuable to who we are becoming, and the evolutionary processes of our getting there.

Tenth is the establishing of global forums that allow humanity as a whole to address its large scale challenges, and to swiftly evolve and implement appropriate solutions free from the machinations of vested interest.

Eleventh is the matter of our systems of governance across the planet, from the smallest communities to those elements that are necessarily global. New guidelines are required so that all aspects of governance are ensured to be in service to the people. There is no value in our returning to the old, hierarchical reality, or to anything based upon it. Therefore, we must devise powerful safeguards against the destructive effects on our New Reality of self-interest by individuals or organisations who seek to influence or control government to their own ends.

Those, who in the future serve in public capacity must, submit themselves to proper scrutiny and the close discernment of the public they serve.

Twelfth is our personal consciousness of the physical Universe as a whole, its many life forms, and the wider role to be played by an evolved humanity. This understanding then forms our basis for activating this wider role, in which humanity will work with many other civilisations.

All these elements constitute the early stages of our new path of re-awakening and re-connection with what we already know from our long journey of discovery in this realm. It supports and encourages each of us to strive for full sovereignty over ourselves, and starts the process of self-actuation and selfrealisation that enables the next stage of our journey to begin.

The thirteenth element is thus our return to full consciousness. In achieving this we also expand our consciousness to experience our own multi-dimensionality.

It is all very well to envision a new path, but in so doing we need to safeguard every step of the way. Great care must be taken that no element of our path becomes dogmatic, or evolves into an instrument of control for some other to deploy against us – for this simply returns us to where we have already been.

The diversity of human life on planet Earth will be a key component of the path to the New Reality. Many cultures and belief systems will contribute to the defining and refining of our path. Every contributor group is to be honoured for the valued elements that they bring to the whole.

By offering total inclusivity to all those of us who are willing to co-create and then walk the path to our New Reality, it will become a mass phenomenon and a means with which to transform planet Earth. We shall then embrace the longpromised GoldenAge.
